I needed a specialty nut for my son's bike, not available at hardware stores. Alpine gave me two, gratis. And, there is a cat!

Only one mechanic currently in shop, but very knowledgeable and did a great job. I did have to wait a few weeks for the bike to get done but the price was 3 times cheaper than other places i was quoted at. I will be back
