Aspen Dental goes way above what I expect. I prefer to use them even though they are out of network for my insurance company. I think that highly of them.

Had a toothache. Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled appointment as requested. Waited almost an hour past my appointment time before they took me back. The dentist came in the room, looked at my tooth, then walked out. Assistant came back in the room and said they didn't have time to help me today and needed to reschedule my appointment. They would have had time if they had been running on time. Got sent away in pain. Most everyone was nice, but will never go back.

Everyone was helpful, kind , and they were very professional. As a person who's worn many hats in my lifetime , the medical anything field has a particular person to wear that hat and each person I came across wore their's appropriately and made me feel a part of care and not a number, great job Niceville, Fl.

The staff was rude on arrival and for the xray techs. The lady at the front asked me to contact my husband to see if he could come in early for his appointment (which was 2 hours later). When I wasn't able to get ahold of him, she rolled her eyes like it was inconvenient for my husband to show up on time for his appointment. The xray tech was unprofessional, shoved the xray stuff in my mouth, never gave me a minute to swallow or breath, she was annoyed when I said I needed a minute in between the 18 xrays and was sloppy at best with the machine and taking images. I doubt they will be useful for me to send them to a new dentist. The whole experience felt like a used car sales lot. Nickle and dime for doing treatments. Before I was even seen by the dentist, the technician said, "once the dentist has evaluated you, we will go over a treatment plan for your issues and billing" It was not stated hypothetically, it was stated like they would find something. When my husband was seen, the dentist was excited when he found a cavity in his mouth. All three of us (daughter, husband and I) felt like the tech was rough with their instruments. I was never asked if I had concerns. Mind you, I am 40+ and have experience several dentist offices since I had teeth, and never had a complaint. It left a really bad taste in our mouths... I do not recommend this place.

Very courteous and helpful. They continue to work with me to get everything done right. I am confident that I will be completely satisfied when we finish the work being provided to restore my aging teeth. They are quick to schedule me as needed and Dr. Perez and staff are working hard to satisfy my dental needs at a reasonable price.

I wait 6 months for a teeth cleaning appointment only for them to call me the day before to cancel. When I tried rescheduling the lady told me the only appointment they had open was Friday morning. I told her I couldn’t because I had to work. She said the next available she had wasn’t until September. That’s 7 months away! They did the same thing for my last appointment and I ended up waiting almost a year for a cleaning. They seem to get really rude once you can’t take the appointment they wanna give you and tell you that’s the only one they have. They have done this several times for my kids appointments as well. Last week my husband went in for his first appointment at 4:30 and they told him his appointment was at 4 and he would have to reschedule. He showed them the confirmation email that they sent him everyday for the last week that clearly said his appointment was at 4:30. She said we can try and squeeze you in. He ended up having to wait over an hour. My 2 kids and I have been patients there for about 3 years and they have really gone downhill. I don’t know why they even schedule appointments if they can’t ever keep them and they’re not willing to work with your schedule at all even though they’re the ones canceling. It’s very frustrating! My family and I will definitely be going to another dentist!
