I had an amazing experience with Luke at AT&T. He was incredibly patient and attentive while switching my phone and service. Luke's knowledge of the products and services was impressive, and he answered all my questions without missing a beat. Despite helping multiple customers, he made sure I never felt forgotten. Luke was who I dealt with and the manager on shift! They both were very helpful, patient and fixed all issues I had with getting a new phone. I would highly recommend this store.

Terrible! My phone would not turn on and the rep said I needed a new phone. Purchased a new phone. Called samsung support and they said to hold all buttons for two minutes. Old phone came on and it was an update and my phone couldn't accept so it wouldn't turn on at first. Returned the new phone but was charged over $400 to payoff my old phone that now worked and could not get my prior plan back. Such a crock!

L.U.K.E. the guy you need to see when you come in to the Niceville shop. Pleasant, dedicated and friendly Customer Service.
He is a Mr. SolveItAll for anyone that comes in with cell phone related issues.
Luke helped me resolve a pesky problem after ATT took a $40 recharge but canceled my account the next day. He not only helped me get set up again but tried to solve the root of the problem. Luke went "above and beyond" with his pragmatic and proactive approach. He juggled multiple customers and the smile never left his face.
He is a gem of an employee with a reputation in town as being one of the best ATT associates you can get. Thank you, Luke! I wish you the best and please keep up the stellar job you are doing.

Had a great experience at this store. We made an online appt. for later in the week and the following day a AT&T salesman called us from Texas. He sold us an upgrade plan with iPhone 14s sent to us via Fedex in time for our appointment. But later that day confusing AT&T emails came in with estimated billing much higher than we thought we had agreed too. At this store we were so glad Luke was able to setup our new iPhones and explain every question we had. Great service, would definitely recommend. Found out afterwards you can just walk-in.

I absolutely had the best experience working with Luke at the AT&T Niceville location yesterday!! He made the transfer to my new Samsung 24+ phone the easiest experience I've ever had!!! He even added the phone onto my Bluetooth in my car!! I love my new phone and knowing that I can receive friendly, patient and professional customer service at this location with Luke!!! THANK YOU, LUKE!!!

This store is by far the best I've been at in a long time after having the worst experience I've had at an AT&t store in Destin, Steve at this location restored my faith in AT&t and helped me with all my needs and got me going again after getting my phone stolen thank you again Steve for all your help!!!

either they are too busy in store or they just dont have time for questions on the phone. they are quick to hang up and not well versed in being proud of their customer service. dont bother this store with questions!!! Ill try a different store.

Went to your store this morning and very disappointed - 2 girls weren’t interested in selling anything told me to go to Best Buy because I had gift certificate with apple we’ll going way over to apple they didn’t take it! Anyways I did purchase iPhone 15 plus there! Your girls said they had 14 but I couldn’t see it until I purchased it.im 73 and I have a 7plus so I was interested in a new phone ! But they were rude and didn’t take the time to help!! Best Buy was wonderful!
