Courtney was very unhelpful. She was rude and seemed to know next to nothing about how to do her job. She didn't know how to cash a check written by her own institution. We had to drive over an hour bc we don't live in a place where there are any branches. It really just seems this business doesn't care in the slightest about their customers and has no interest in helping anyone. Definitely do not recommend!!!!

I wish that I could leave zero stars. The people who work here are completely incompetent. They don't actually want to help you. They want you to do everything online. Unfortunately it isn't possible to do everything on the app. When I ask a question they may or may not be able to answer it. You will get different answers from each person. They also tend to leave out important information. They have made a difficult situation even worse by their incompetence. I will be closing my long term accounts as soon as my business is completed.

I have been a member at BOA most of my life. Today I waited 40 mins to be seen by a teller. There was two other women in the bank that couldn’t jump behind the teller station to help get people moving.Unfortunately I needed more cash then the ATM would allow.This is absolutely ridiculous. No one should have to wait 40mins to withdrawal money out of account.I will be taking my accounts elsewhere.

Met some of the nicest and most helpful bankers that I’ve ever worked with. Had an issue with my elderly parents bank account and they went over and above to help me get to the root of the problem. Kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these folks.

I do most of my banking online. Periodically I need to go in. Making a cash deposit is one of those times. This place is awful. The hours are bad. The customer service is poor. Apparently there's only one desk available to actually help customers. The drive through is closed. Awful!

Went to the bank with less than 10 minutes to spare before they closed. The manager closing was super helpful, professional, and kind. Even went beyond closing to me out. Though there was no way to help me out with my issue (temp. Card), she assisted me with another solution and walked me thru every step. Anyone else would have said "can't help you" and sent me on my way. I greatly appreciate her help.

I haven't been with this bank long so, my experience so far is good.The only thing is,I've never had a bank take so long to process a transaction.Every transaction takes 2-3 days to process.Ive never had this problem at other banks I've had.Everything else is okay so far.

You guys are the worst bank ever. The only thing y'all got going for you is that the ladies are fairly nice. But you're either always closed or changing your hours. I didn't know about the hours changing to 4pm (which is beyond d***** I got there at 4:02 and no one would help me. If I could give a no star rating I would. But reasons like this is why you have a 2.2 rating. That's why I bank with Regions

Sent my 18 year old son to go pick up his new debit card (DEBIT CARD ONLY) at BOA and he comes homes with a 2k credit card. This kid just graduated high school, has a part time job for less then 1 month, still lives at home and is starting college. He has no bills, no credit and no need for a credit card at this time. Not sure how he qualified for a credit card and not sure what made them think he needed one! Just another reason our young people are taking on so much debt. Needless to say i got it handled but beware of them taking advantage of the young kids who are just trying to find way. All BOA needed to do was give him his replacement debit bank card. Not take advantage of a teenager.UPDATE: I SPOKE TO THE ONLINE BOA PER THE REQUEST BELOW AND THAT WAS JUST AS PAINFUL. THANKS AGIN FOR WASTING ANOTHER DAY WITH NO RESULTS.

A bit slow but thats because they were understaffed. Unfortunately, the ATM machine broke while i was depositing cash. Fortunately, the employee inside helped me and we were able to figure it out. I love Bank of America but i wish this location would get a few more workers.
