Well, I was looking forward to a pretty negative experience today. I needed to pick up a book for my daughter that is dual enrolled. The reviews weren't all great so I thought, great, now I will waste time and be a burden. However, I was treated very respectfully with friendly and positive attitudes. (I'm guessing the problem lies with the phones, that nobody answers) The computer program that's used for the dual enrolled students wasn't working so it took a little longer but was able to get it completed, get the book and leave pretty quickly. I wanted to make sure that Shannon was recognized for her outstanding work. She never gave up and got everything taken care of. Rob was also helpful at the end to take down my daughters student number to be sure and get it all recorded on file, completely. I would've given a 5 but that place was so hard to find. It's not Shannon or Rob's fault, they deserve 5 out of 5 stars.

Worst experience. Online order messed up. They use incorrect isbn# so cant get exact Match up anywhere else. Never answer phone or return calls or respond to emails.

Worst service ever. Called over 20 times and won't answer. Leave messages on manager vm and send emails and never respond. Book order messed up. Called.B&N corporate & there message says closed for covid and have to have an extension or hangs up

The guy working there was helpful and fun to talk to. We ended up buying our books cheaper on Amazon, but I'm glad the store is there.

I ordered my books for overnight delivery yesterday. They have not shipped, no one answers the phone or calls me back. I've been calling all day and I've emailed. I need these books my classes already started and the order was almost $500!!!!

I visited Barns and Noble at NWFSC, and I found it to be a nice quiet place. I had to pick up some of my books in person, and the help desk gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Astonished at the amount of “students” that don’t know the difference between “you’re” and “your”. Some can’t even spell simple words. It’s unreal. That should tell you who’s reviews to trust.
