Bluewater Bay is a great marina with a rustic open air atmosphere and excellent restaurants. The service is not stellar but the shrimp are great and oysters are ok. Good linguini, vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate and fresh fruit plus cheeses are found at the perfect breakfast bar. Pleasant servers check back frequently to make sure all is ok. Kids and lots of ppl enjoy the fun spot, karaoke and bands that play on the weekend. It is a great place to watch the sunset.
The Bluewater Bay complex is nice, quiet, and hidden off the beaten path. It is tucked in amongst the Live Oaks, with walking and biking paths running throughout. It has a boat ramp, marina and restaurant. I would love to live in this area.
