C D Williamson Karate & Kickboxing is a family-owned and operated business offering instruction in karate, kickboxing, self defense, and fitness. Established in 1990, the dojo is extremely organized and operates smoothly. The sensei are extremely professional, knowledgeable, well put together, and truly invested in each student, greeting them by name. There are plenty of instructors on hand who are very in tune with each individual student. The program provides a balanced blend of accountability, discipline, and gentleness. Youth and teen members gain lifelong gifts of personal success, confidence, discipline, self esteem, self control, and self defense. Parents note their children's excitement for every class, improved grades, strengthened commitment to school, and improved overall behavior and health. Adult members get relieve stress, stay in shape, tone muscles, and develop more confidence and self-discipline while making wonderful friendships. The dojo has a great energy where everyone gets along and helps each other, creating a karate family. The clean facility offers a free introductory lesson.

I have 2 boys that love it. Thier grades are improving and they are excited for every class. I love the energy in the dojo. Everyone gets along and helps each other.

Outstanding guidance from instructors who are all very comfortable working with kids of varying ages and attention spans. They teach discipline while having lots of fun. Multiple class options and students are always learning something new.
