As someone who simply enjoys a peaceful start to the day with an iced coffee in hand, I’m genuinely taken aback by the repeated hostility I’ve encountered at this location. Mornings are difficult enough without being met with unnecessary sarcasm and arrogance from a cashier whose attitude suggests a misguided sense of superiority, despite the basic nature of our interaction.
This morning, I made the apparently controversial choice to pour hot coffee over ice — a decision that seemed to personally offend the blonde, curly-haired employee with glasses, who responded as though I had disrupted the laws of physics rather than made a beverage preference. If my preference was enough to “throw off your game,” perhaps the issue lies less with my choices and more with your own professional composure.
This wasn’t an isolated experience. Yesterday, I was in the process of handing over exact change to receive a whole bill back when, mid-transaction, I was curtly told “too late.” It’s unclear whether impatience or an inability to perform basic mental math was the cause, but the lack of courtesy and understanding was, again, unnecessarily rude.
I understand not every job is glamorous, but there’s a basic expectation of decency when dealing with customers — especially regular ones who take the time to earn loyalty points and return consistently. That expectation has not been met here.
As long as this individual continues to represent your brand at the register, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — likely to Circle K — where customer service doesn’t come with a side of disdain.

Don’t waste your time with the car wash across from Walmart. CEFCO $12 car wash is a million times better and won’t scratch your car!

I wouldn't normally take the time to leave a review for a gas station. But how is this place in business. Pumps are all broken in some capacity. They shutoff constantly, buttons on keyboard don't work. No receipt paper. Don't get me started on the inside. It's always dirty, drink machines and icee machines never work. It's unfortunately close to my house so I end up getting gas here more than I'd like.

Went in the evening of 12/19 during second shift firstly nobody speaks, 2 employees were busy gossiping by the island then i go the counter and the guy with curly hair and glasses with a Santa hat on helps me (no name tag) I ask for cigarettes and walks to them and snaps what kind so i tell him again he then proceeds to walk over and tell me sorry I’m not a mind reader in a condescending tone. This is absolutely horrible customer service and knowing how generous this company is is to its employees you’d expect better attitudes and service. There seems to be a long running list of customer service complaints at this location so it might be time for firmer management and accountability.

Miss Brittany was very nice and did a superb job cleaning store *been coming here since early 1990s , bathroom s were exceptionally clean , smelled nice all throughout the store , floors were super clean coffee was great (love this store - God bless) Cefco brought gas stations to a whole new level *just think who else made brick pillars 20feet+ no one but you & the best coffee bar to be found ina convience store lineup anywhere *Thank you Brittany you are very sweet! - BSW

(Evening of Aug 3rd, 2024) Cashier (didn't have a name tag, had curly blond hair and beard) was very rude. He was working on something else near the drink area and so I simply put my items on the counter to wait for him to come (I didn't say anything) and he said "I'm coming!" in a very annoyed manner like I was an inconvenience or as if I was being rudely impatient or something (which I wasn't, I simply wanted to set my items down so I didn't have to keep holding them). He acted ornery throughout the checkout process, and as I was saying "I hope you have a good evening" (trying to be friendly/lighten his mood) he yelled out "NEXT!" to the customer behind completely ignoring me.

Charged me for ice in my personal cup even though the pricing at the soda station says ice is free in your own cup..only had this happen at this location

This station NEVER has working receipt printers at the pumps. You are forced to waste your time and go inside to get a receipt from a clerk. The owners know about it but don’t fix it because they want to save pennies on paper.
