My tire had a little screw in it. When i went to collect my car i found that they had replaced it with step tire.They told me the tire is beyond repair and i need to get a new tire. Its only a year and half old car but the most suspicious thing was the hole in the tire was much larger then the screw!!I took my car somewhere else and got the tire repaired for much cheeper price as well.No one to trust these days…

I was highly impressed with the professionalism and service at C.A.R.S. I normally do my own car repairs, but in this case, was unable to properly diagnose the problem. They discovered an issue I wasn’t aware of which in turn helped me avoid unnecessary repairs that I originally anticipated. A very honest business which is so uncommon these days and so important for the customer. My go to car repair guys and only one I would recommend to friends and family. Was traveling when the rear axel started leaking in my jeep. Went to several repair shops and appeared as soon as they saw my plates were not local the prices seemed to double. Not so at Certified Auto. They were able to have my issue resolved quickly and at very fair prices. GREAT people, very skilled and knowledgeable. Went out of their way to get me back on the road. Very over priced and when they were finally finished with my vehicle days later I discovered a pack of cigarettes missing that was sitting on my passenger seat when I dropped the vehicle off. Also, they did not put my computer diagnostic chip back where it goes. I will not be going back to this place.

Unfortunately, I had the need to visit here today at the recommendation of a friend. I am new to the area.I cannot say enough about how polite and courteous and patient they were. They took the time to explain and answer my questions.They took good care of my vehicle and I was on the road much quicker than I expected!I will definitely be coming back in the future!In fact I met another person this evening few hours after leaving here... his car broke down and I told him about this place!

A lot of great reviews, so we took our car here with a flickering oil light. The team was very responsive and fit us in their busy schedule. The tech who looked at the car told us the vehicle needed a new engine. We were understandably put back by a 55,000 mile 4 year old car needing a complete new engine. We got a second opinion from another mechanic in Pensacola and what was a $3,600 engine change turned out to be a $600 sensor change. Besides the $120 tow truck we bought to get the car to Pensacola, we are glad we didn’t accept this CAR techs diagnosis. Make sure you get second opinions. We sure are glad we did. Car runs great and has no issues, engine is perfect!

We were traveling from out of town and noticed a horrible sound when we were driving. We looked up automotive shops near our hotel, and found these guys. They were able to work us in the same day for a diagnosis, and by the next day at 8:30am, our car was ready to be picked up after fixing our roaring broken wheel bearing. They were reasonably priced for the service, very friendly, & honest. We recommend this shop! -Katie & Barbara C
