Woke my baby up. Absolutely pounding on my door before 8am. Just telling me they were changing the meter and I would lose power for 10 seconds. They could have sent notification in the mail, or found any other way, that didn’t involve a man with no customer service skills pounding on my door early in the morning.

I submitted a request to have a street light repaired late last night. At 10am I got a motion notification on my home camera, and Chelco was fixing the street light!! So impressed with the fast fix! Thank you!!

As a business owner I know a thing or two about customer service as well as running a business. Chelco has not only been helpful on every occasion I’ve needed to contact them, but having a reliable service as well as a quick response. They have been great for me and I wish they were also my power provider for my home as well!

Our power went down during Hurricane Michael and within 3 hours it was back on. They started working on it right away. They are the best!

One star is too much. Light went out on my street, HOA has to call, more people involved, and a big fat 0 zero. Light out was reported over a week ago and still nothing. I even offered to put the bulb in if they would provide a bulb. Criminals don't like lights CHELCO in case you didn't get the message.

Power went out, I called to report, 22 minutes later a truck was onsite and power was restored. So say what you will but for me, SERVICE is what counts. I remain a satisfied customer Chelco.
