They always have a great selection of EOD swag. Their shirts are great quality and extremely comfortable! Have made many purchases and will continue to give them my business! Also the staff is always very friendly!”

“Ross is one of my favorite stores and the associates are generally helpful however today was different. I was looking for a heating pad and when I asked an associate in the back of the store she said "can you walk up front and ask them because I'm new here" That is a very unprofessional reply. The correct response would have been "I'm not sure but let me find out for you"I am having a total knee replacement next month so walking up to the front of the store just to ask a question was not an option for me. Needless to say I got what I needed from the store next door. Management should have a discussion with this this employee. This happened at approximately 12:15 PM on October 27, 2023 and she was working the bedding department. I'm giving you this information so you can speak with her so this doesn't happen again.
