Worst experience ever, I witnessed a manager belittle a nice senior citizen who was asking a simple question. Avoid this business and go to Walgreens, where they treat customers with respect. Location: 1096 E John Sims Pkwy, Niceville, FL 32578

usually well staffed but slow slow slow. If you are just shopping its not too bad to check out but the pharmacy is consistently frustrating, slow plus the people in the pharmacy would not customer service with a smile exists, come across as not happy to be behind the counter

CVS across the board is the slowest pharmacy I have ever tried. The sad part is it isn’t the local pharmacists fault, it is CVS as a business cutting personnel to save money and ultimately lengthen the customer wait time 3 or 4x as long. Don’t bother going to any CVS in the Niceville area.
