very dark, old layout store. Hard to find someone to help you out and not a good shopping experience at all, plus not well stocked. ATTENTION CVS: when you load the entire shelving with sale stickers so that customers and not see the products behind the stickers, you are NOT doing your stores any favors!!!Drive 3 min down the street and have a much better experience

Nice and helpful employees. Great location! The closest CVS to us in Niceville does not have a Minute Clinic but you can get vaccinations and COVID tests here. If you need Minute Clinic you will need to go to the Blue Water Bay location which is not too far away.

Place is totally dysfunctional. Been going for years and keeps getting worse. Manager leaves me and disappears at the window. She could care less. Had to go there 3 times today and still didn't have there act together. I'm always second guessing them which is sad. Should expect some level of confidence which they have none. Then I get propaganda with some new "updates" and customer service is a priority. What a joke. Go somewhere else and save your time.

HORRIBLE pharmaceutical service, particularly with Barry. I went in on October 23, 2021 for a flu shot that they did not record. I now need this record for vital purposes and Barry essentially accused me of lying of getting the flu shot in the first place, was incredibly curt and shockingly rude. They offered no assistance nor any constructive ideas for how to fix a mistake that isn't even my own. Please, do not support this entity - GO TO WALGREENS.

Took my father up to the store for a flue shot. The pharmacy was so sweet and accommodating. I went in to make sure they took walk ins and they did. He has spinal stenosis and trouble walking to the back so the pharmacist offered to come out to the vehicle without me even asking. We are always so pleased with their service.

I drove all the way to from Destin for a sore throat at the minute clinic which is supposed to be a walk in clinic. I called the manager ahead of time and got there and was told not seeing anymore walk in. Do not recommend this place at all!

We always utilize their services for our pharmaceutical needs. Very friendly staff members. Super polite and always willing to help. And their product offering is always on point. We always find what we need from their shelves. If there's anything to gripe about then it would be their disastrously slow drive-thru system. Without over exaggeration one time I waited more than 18 minutes on their drive-thru line. I strongly believe management needs to hire more staff at their pharmacy department. Otherwise, it's hard to blame pharmacists because they already work like robots trying to accommodate customers. However, due to rather hectic customer traffic it takes them quite long time to serve customers in a timely manner.

This truly is the worst CVS I have ever tried to use. I was lucky it was not busy at the time I was there, however the one girl that was working there spent so much of her time and effort to run business off I am not surprised it wasn't busy. Looking at you store manager.

I will say this, all of the staff were super friendly and made me feel that I was a valued customer... The people are not the problem. I feel like they may have an issue with their computer system. I gave them a year & 1/2 to fix the issue of my meds not being ready at the same time. Although they tried, it was never resolved. I feel like it is a corporate scam to get their customers in the door more frequently... I may be wrong but, there is no reason for me to make several trips to the pharmacy to pick up meds. Due to this unresolved issue, I took my business elsewhere.

I've shopped at this store since it opened. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful until today when I attempted to exchange anti-embolism stockings because the ones I bought yesterday had been worn before and put back on the box. I simply wanted to get a new pair for the $44.99 I paid. The Manager Ms. Nikki was very rude. I presented my receipt, explained the situation, and in front of other customers she accused me of trying to return an item I didn't purchase at the store. I was stunned at how rude she was. I asked her to please look at my receipt. Finally she scanned the package and realized I was telling the truth and made the purchase yesterday. She did not apologize, continued to be rude but I was able to get a "new" package. I'm still shocked. CVS your customers deserve better You staff can do better. How I was treated was unacceptable. You should also review your process of how worn stockings were placed back on the shelf.
