They are stealing from everyone. If a product is marked 9.99, you will pay 10.70. That extra penny isn't much to the individual, but over time it gas earned them thousands. They also have banned products on the shelf. They knowingly sell defective product, and will not refund anything. To top it all off, their gas pumps are frustrating. If you pay outside it puts a big hold on your card. If you pay inside to avoid the hold, then, on the last $2.50, the pump will move ridiculously slower than you've ever seen one move.
I had stayed going back because some of their prices are so cheap that you wonder how you manage it. I didn't quibble over the theft of pennies because it wouldn't have gotten me anywhere, and it was still half the price of that product in other stores. Then, the lady that runs the place, personally sold me a product she knew to be defective. I had been spending $300-$400 a month. Inside the store. Not in gas. You'd think she'd value me as a customer. You'd think she would want to keep my business. You'd think when I came in the next morning, that she might do something to make it right. Nope. She knowingly sold me a busted product. Then ran and hid from me. Leaving a young and inexperienced employee to deal with me. When I came in looking for restitution.
I will not be back. You should avoid.

Terrible customer service policies. If you notice a product is defective/leaking AFTER your money has left your hand they will refuse to make it right. No refund, no replacement, nothing. Very disappointing. Great gas prices though.

I have shopped and purchase gas from this gas station over 2 years. They have lost a customer due to poor customer service over 1.75 ice bag. I rather pay a little more for gas then to give this shop any of my money.

They sold me a DEFECTIVE product and refused to refund me! The girl working said she had no number for me to cal and had no idea when a manager would be in next! WHAT THE HECK THIS IS ILLEGAL!

One of the best gas stations in Niceville/Bluewater Bay area in terms of cleanness and price. Their gas prices are quite competitive. Often or not they even beat Eglin base gas prices as well. I always pump my gas at this gas station.
