Good place for some frozen food items but the rest is suspect,close to expiring food or old produce,avoid the bagged potatoes,they don’t seem to rotate old and new ones,bought them on two different occasions and potatoes were already rotting on the inside….i had to change $100 at the customer service office and the lady acted like I was disturbing her,if you can’t be nice to customers dont interact with them,go stock shelves…only got two stars for the nice cashiers that work there.

I shop at Grocery Outlet all the time i have gotten to know the cashiers. They work hard to get treated like crap from people that come in acting entitled I have witnessed it firsthand. They come in with no incentives. They don't get holiday pay, they get minimum wage. They are the ones that get yell at when prices are wrong. They're on the firing line everyday. So let's give credit to those cashiers. Yes they have bad days just like everyone else. You think that when they ask about something thats left in the cart is to accuse you of stealing well it's not. They asked for many reasons one to know if it needs to go back, cause there's many times people come up and don't pay for everything. People need to stop reading to far into stuff. It's their job to ask questions. You guys don't need to be ugly to them. They are the ones that are there working the holidays so you can get what you need. So let's take a step back and give the cashiers at grocery outlet a big shout out for there hard work.

I went shopping at grocery outlet this morning. I want to tell everyone how much I love this store. The employees are great. The two cashiers I talked with i belive their names are Dez and Becky we're absolutely amazing.

Absolutely the worst cashier who wasn't doing anything but leaning down over the counter while having the worst scowl on her face. Had one thing left in the cart, for a reason to determine if we were going to purchase it, even told the cashier that and this chick has to point it out like we are doing something bad. So we explain to her which is none of her business, but she was ugly about it. When we are done and handed the last thing in the cart to the cashier, the mean woman leaning all over the counter had to put her nose in again and ask if we purchased the last item in the cart, loudly insinuating we would need to steal from the store. I will never be back and will tell everyone I see about this because it was completely uncalled for, seeing as she was not part of anything but about laying on a counter in the front of the store. So unprofessional and a bad attitude but didn't like that we said something back after she stuck her nose in the second time. If she is going to come in and lay down then do so and leave paying customers alone. Until you see someone stealing don't embarrass your patrons or you won't have anyone left. She was a bigger woman wearing her hair back in a blue t shirt which seems to be the uniform. On October 3rd 2025 at around 10:45 am. I will just go to Publix or Walmart to not be embarrassed by someone not doing anything but yelling at paying customers while they are paying for what they are being accused of stealing, to just be told by the cashier helping us to just calm down. Yeah not cool and we WILL NOT be back.

Local grocery store with great workers! Has great deals better than bigger grocery stores. Plus I rather shop smaller business stores like these that are locally owned. Staff is very kind and willing to help you if needed...

We live 30 minutes away- but I’ve been going there for years once a month to get a bunch of meat. Great prices! BUT the last 2 times the meat was expired or about to expire I saw once I got home.
Had to throw out the chicken tenders two months in a row as they were sticky and bad!

I absolutely love this gem of a grocery store. I could go on about the quality of the beef/pork, or the low prices, the way better than average ethnic sections, or how it repels Karen's, but I'll just keep keep my mouth shut and hope no one else finds out about it!
