Not the best experience at this nail salon. I went in for a pedicure, and the technician who worked on me was clearly sick and kept wiping his nose on his forearm. Even though he was wearing gloves, it was uncomfortable and honestly unhygienic—I kept worrying he might touch me with his arm.
On top of that, the pedicure was poorly done, and even the other staff seemed to notice. When I spoke up, one of the ladies immediately stepped in and fixed the botched job, which I appreciate. It felt like they were hoping I wouldn’t say anything, but at least they corrected it.
I respect working through illness, but in this case, it would have been better to stay home for everyone’s comfort and health.

I love this nail spa. Customer service is awesome. Also, this nail spa is always clean and orderly. The owners go over and above to please their customers! I highly recommend Hollywood Nails.

I was a walk-in today 9/9/24 for a pedicure and eyebrows waxing. They were about to break for lunch but made time for me anyway. Very nice and professional. Honored my requests. I am very happy with my visit. I will travel back to Niceville to visit this salon.

First time at Hollywood Nails. Joanne did a wonderful job. Previous place had sanded my nails too much and damaged them. Joanne did my gel nails perfectly. This will be my new place to go

I absolutely love Mrs. Joan and her husband. Very polite and friendly. Very reasonable in price. Please note they are not the same as the one in Fort Walton.
