Ken at J & B Medical rented me a CPAP machine after my previous respiratory company slow-rolled my urgent call as a result of a bad storm blowing up my old machine. I was sleep-deprived and desperate for relief when I found Ken at J & B Medical. Ken is laser-focused on serving their clients, fortunately for me. What an answer to prayer! Thank God for J & B Medical!

These guys were amazing, without them we wouldn’t have been able to have a family member attend a memorial service for her son in law. They were so nice and understanding, we recommend them.

The personnel at J&B Medical were very friendly and courteous both on the phone and in person. I arrived on vacation with my CPAP only to find, I did not have my mask. A quick phone call confirmed they had what I needed in stock. A quick trip there, they opened the package, made sure it fit and worked for me. J & B Medical Equipment provided outstanding customer service for my family. From the very beginning, Brandon and his team went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They managed to deliver a beautiful lift chair that my family needed urgently even though they are out of state. And it wasn't just any chair - it was of incredible high-quality, so much so that my family is taking it back with them to Michigan! This exemplary service speaks volumes of the kind of commitment J & B has when it comes to providing medical equipment and other products to their customers. As a nurse, I know firsthand how important it is to have reliable vendors, so I can say with confidence that I will be returning to J & B whenever I need medical equipment in the future. Absolute worst service. No idea how they have four stars. When you call it takes hours to get a hold of an actual person. The recording tells your to use their online service. With the online service it takes over 3 weeks for a response. Employees are not helpful and are not knowledgeable.

They do not bill Medicare for any ambulatory so orthopedic boots/shoes/canes (and other items) are out of pocket.

Great customer service! They were willing to deliver outside of their service area because I was unable to find someone else to take care of my needs. They truly kept me out of a bind. I won't forget that. Highly recommend!

After going through all of the promts I had to leave a call back number. I finally received a call back after about an hour after telling the gentleman why I was calling, he said that he needed to transfer me to the correct department remember, I followed all of the phone prompts. long story short, I was put back in que with a wait time over sixty minutes. I have been calling them for 3 days and still haven't talked to anyone. Worst customer service ever.

J & B Medical has the absolute worst customer service. It takes at least 3-4 to get in touch with a rep. I leave my number several times for call back and never recieve a call back. When I finally speak with someone, I'm transferred multiple times. I wish my insurance would go back to Medtronic, they are the BEST.

Sorry, apparently I had you confused with another DME Medical provider with the same name? Are you really not connected. I cannot accurately rate this company and apologize if my original negative post caused any confusion with anyone.
