Call me naive but I thought when you made an appointment it meant something. I didn’t add to the pile of folks waiting for the doors to open because I made an appointment. Out of about 8 customers I was one of two that were handed colors and told to sit while all others were taken back. Maybe we all had 9:00 appointments? Just a couple technicians short. I had another appointment at 10:15 which is why I made sure to make an appointment rather than walk in. They either don’t need to overbook or post a sign that says appointments are silly, don’t waste your time. ISO another nail salon that respects their customers time.

KOVY Nails in Niceville is my go-to for flawless nails and unmatched service! 💖 As the owner of IGY6 Company, I’m constantly on the move 🏃🏾♀️💨... setting up events, digging in the dirt 🌱, and working with my hands. My nails take a beating 💥, but Kin and Andy at KOVY keep them looking perfect every single time 💯.
Kin has been my nail tech for almost a year 🙌🏾 and his work is pure precision 🎯. I get the same thing every time, acrylic with white gel over my natural nails 🤍, no tips, nothing fancy, but always clean, sharp, and perfectly shaped ✨. He never burns me when removing old product 🔥❌, always cuts them to the perfect length ✂️ (he only had to ask me once! 😉), and his attention to detail is unmatched 🏆. White nails are my thing — all white errrrthang 🤍🤍🤍 — and Kin nails it every time.
Andy, my pedicure angel 😇, is patient, humble, and so skilled. 🪶 I’m rough on my feet (I’m basically Moana 🌊... shoes off whenever possible), so my heels are… let’s just say, coal-walk ready 🔥👣. Andy works wonders ✨, and his pedicures are so relaxing 😴 I almost always fall asleep halfway through.
Even when I forget to book ahead 🗓️ and have to wait ⏳, I never go anywhere else 🚫🚗. Kin and Andy are reliable ✅, consistent 🕒, professional 🫱🏾🫲🏼, and absolutely essential to my self-care routine 🧘🏾♀️. KOVY Nails doesn’t just keep me looking polished, they keep me confident 💃🏾 and ready to take on the world 🌍.

I went with my 8week old baby and CiCi did each hand individually so that I could hold my baby. She was so kind and did an amazing job!! 10/10 recommend!

First time trying Kovy Nail Spa and I was so disappointed. Really hard to find good nail techs in Niceville. My dip on hands is splotchy and my toes look as if a toddler painted them outside the lines. Don't get me started on the tools they use, old and used on everyone. Very rushed and not relaxing at all. Time to start learning how to do my own nails. I would typically go back and tell them to fix it, but I really don't think they would do a better job the 2nd time. Would give zero stars if I could.

They took really good care of my 7 year old, which was her first time. She loved it.
I've been going there for 3 years now and never had any issues. They are quick to get the job done and still make the nails look amazing, not to mention the pedicure. They are very relaxing.

Ken always does an outstanding job on my acrylic nails. I am a hair stylist and traveling makeup artist so it’s important my nails are kept in good condition. Needless to say I am rough on my hands and nails and they still look amazing until I go back for a fill every 3 weeks.
