Don’t waste your time calling this place. It goes straight to voicemail every time, and nobody ever calls back after leaving a message numerous times. I don’t understand how this place stays in business tbh.

I noticed that I had not given a review on this great shop. I am a fairly new widow, and I was having issues of being stranded by my Toyota Prius Hybrid. I had noticed this place as I passed it on a regular basis. I didn't want to go to the dealership because I knew they would charge me an arm and a leg. I thought I had a better chance in a small shop that dealt with foreign cars. I was lucky that this shop was not far from home either. After being stranded the last time, and being a woman of the age I am, plus I thought I had a good idea what the problem was, that I needed to get it fixed asap.. So on one of it's "good" days, I took it in to have a diagnostics run to find out if my hunch was correct. Low and behold I was. I had priced the hybrid batteries, and knew what I was potentially looking at cost wise. That is what he quoted me. I was happly surprised I wasn't taken to the cleaners. It was fixed the same day and I was back on the road. When I got the invoice I saw the shop name and remembered that my late husband had used then several times in the past. He raved about them. Now, I too, sing there accolades. They are fast, efficient, reasonable, helpful, and very friendly. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

Never had any problems making an appointment and the car has always been finished when promised. Very honest and such a clean work area.

I recently moved to the area and needed a couple maintenance items completed on my wife’s Highlander. The staff was extremely nice, and prices for parts and labor were very reasonable. I did have to schedule my appointment about two weeks in advance, but I was more than pleased with their work.
