Save yourself a headache and a bunch of B/S. These people cannot get their crap together to save their life. In reference to my below review, I was promised we would have our night stand by 4/1/24 (already paid for), a month after paying for it and picking up the other pieces of our bedroom set which they told us that day they had all the pieces. Then magically they didn't have one of the nightstands. I was told they ordered it then and there and they would call me Monday. Of course no call from them. So I called several days later and after leaving several messages I finally had to speak with Karen. She advised the nightstand was not ordered, but she ordered it while we were on the phone, and I would have it by 4/1/24. So on 3/28/24 I called and spoke with her as a follow up to ensure it had been ordered and we were still on schedule. She checked, came back and told me it was there, it had just come in on the truck an hour prior. I advised I would be down to pick it up on Friday. Friday morning I get a call from Karen, advising she had provided me wrong information, and my nightstand was on back order until 4/29/24, then I would have to wait a week or two weeks before it shipped from Savannah Georgia to their store. Now we're talking the middle of May! If you plan on purchasing furniture from these clowns, have them collect ALL the pieces from their warehouse and bring them up front for you to see!! I have no one to blame, I should have learned my lesson the last time we dealt with them. This place is nothing short of a hassle, headache, lies, and broken promises, that none of the staff members give a hoot about. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this store and shop elsewhere, at least you will get what you paid for when you paid for it.

When considering your options for furniture, take Skipper's off your list. The sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly, but the trouble came in the execution of the sale and delivery. Delivery was a week late. On the new scheduled day, I called at 5:00 pm if it was still going to be delivered. When they arrived, one of the chairs was faulty. They brought a replacement a week later, but the parts were loose in the box, and parts of the recliner were missing. Communication is one way, with you calling them to fix the mess. We are enjoying the furniture, although the faulty chair has still not been replaced. The problem is cosmetic, and I have decided to live with it. Not worth the stress to keep after them. My advice, find another store.

Purchased a $3,000 Franklin leather sectional. Come to find out they sold me a defective couch & refused to pay for it. It went on for 1.5yrs before they even got anyone out to check it. They just continued to drop the ball. The couch needs all new springs & cushioning. I have actually been hurt by sitting on this couch. Had to get X-rays on my hips & lower back. They sell you the POS floor model that everyone I have purchased a few items from this store & I have never been happy. I will shop at Ashley's or anywhere else but here!

My fiancé and I have spent the better part of 3 weeks looking for a couch that fit all of our criteria. Skippers was the first retail furniture shop we had gone into to view furniture. We were both very skeptical buying brand new furniture as it is not only very expensive, but a lot of the time you get pressured into buying something you weren’t wanting or couldn’t afford.We were greeted kindly and helped by Tamika. THANK GOD. She listened to every concern we had including our budget. She showed us a few sectionals that were within our budget and met the criteria then allowed us to browse the store without any pressure. We didn’t make a final decision our first time in the store. She gave us her business card with no pressure and let us go home and measure and talk about the price together. When we called her to let her know we wanted the couch, she helped us through the whole process. She even CAME BACK INTO WORK after she had already left for the day to take care of us. She never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable with our decision and was just as kind to us as the second we walked in, up until AFTER we signed the agreement and on. When we go to purchase a new bed, we WILL be using Tamika again. Whether she is still at Skippers or not. ☺️

Bought a new home in Crestview, furnished the entire house with furniture from Skippers!!!!! Both sales persons(Chase & Kimberly) were extremely helpful since we still live 10 hours away, they kept us informed of when the items were shipped and when they came in and scheduled delivery to coincide when we were coming up to Crestview. We had 2 deliveries a month apart, the young men on the Skippers truck were extraordinary, Tyler & Chance, they defiantly put out the best in representing Skippers!!!! They were watched carefully by our 4 yoa grandson, they guys were so kind to him, telling him everything they were doing while assembling our furniture. We sincerely appreciate all the nice folks at Skippers for their help!!!! Defiantly recommend them!!!!!!

We've gone through two Sealy mattresses from Skippers. Both were defective and didn't properly inflate due to how they're stored in the warehouse. The delivery team never called before arriving. They just said 11-5. So we waited around all day for two separate days. The manager was offended when I told him I wanted a refund and refused saying It's store policy to not give refunds. I've never had such a frustrating experience at a furniture store. Do not shop here. Go to Ashley, they can price match and the employees and managers are super nice!

Worst service I was supposed to be in good hands and wasn’t the order was never placed and never called us like he had said he would to let’s us know. we had to be the ones calling to know if the order was placed or when it would be delivered and on the delivery day they bring a full set with a queen bed like have some common sense and isn’t being delivered till next day when people work.Very unprofessional of them never had an issue with prior stuff I was put in the wrong hands.

Good service! Both the saleswoman and the owner (wife) were wonderful to work with. My kids had bought from them and then recommended them CC when I moved to Niceville and wanted a new sofa. So glad I went to Skippers. Two thumbs up!!!

Bought a bedroom set from them and was told we are getting 15% off plus 5% military discount. After purchasing and looking at their own website, the furniture cost less on their website. Brought this to their attention and they acknowledge it. We overpaid even with the discount we received in the store. Called them and was told they would match at least the online price…well, after weeks of calling back and forth that never happened. Kept on being told I would get a call back. Got a few calls but no resolution. Disappointed…Delivery of our furniture was great. The crew was awesome, very professional. Our footboard was damaged (from the manufacture), was replaced quickly!
