This is not your 20th century, noisy, scruffy, body shop. Clean and neat, employees are courteous and professional. Laura got me in for service quickly to relieve my stress about some new scratches on my car, and she even took time to educate me about how to address other minor cosmetic issues. She even had Chris touch up my headlights. This is my go-to shop from now on!

Mullins is an exceptional body shop. My advise to you is have patients as the insurance company will do everything in their power to hurry and skirt the benefits you pay each month for. Mullins will jump through those hoops so you don’t have to but it takes time. I will always take my vehicles in need to Mullins. In my perspective they are the only body shop. They are diligent, honest, and professional. Thank you Mullens, thank you, and thank you.

Great work on the car, but if you care about attention to detail they could use more time for the minor details. Customer service was a bit lack luster. I consistently had to reach out just to get updates. They are also very backed up due to their 4 work days. Good place but could use more time to paying attention to the little details. But if you don't concern yourself with the minor details, I recommend the place.

I was referred here and had a wonderful experience. I actually felt heard when telling them about my car issues instead of being told I don’t know what I’m talking about, like I did over at FW Toyota. This place is great. We were down in Destin for Vacation and had the front of our skid plate come off while we were headed out. I called right when they opened and Laura got us in and fixed in no time at all and with a great attitude. Greatly appreciate them. They saved us a lot of stress getting home.

Amazing job on my Trax!! I was hit from behind on may 6. Brought it in for repairs on the 8th. I got calls and updates regularly…And 3 weeks later already fixed and ready to go home..Thank y’all!! Highly recommend!!

This place is a lifesaver. My door hinge broke, and there was a massive dent in the side of the door as well as an improperly aligned latch. In ten minutes the door was good as new. They know exactly what they’re doing here. And, they did it for free. It would’ve set me back at least a hundred dollars anywhere else. If you’ve got a problem with your car’s body, take it here. 6/5 stars.

Called to have headlights replaced on a 2010 Buick enclave. Spoke with Michael and he told me he would call me back to schedule and price. Never heard from him again. Not cool to leave customers hanging like that

Got rear ended and it was nothing shy of a headache. However Mullins made the process go so smoothly for me and offered advice along the whole way. I always knew what was going on with my car through out the whole process and if I had questions they always helped me. This place is hands down the best and I’d never use anyone else for my vehicles. Got my car back like a brand new vehicle inside and out!! So thankful for my experience with Mullins !!
