“Great service but even Greater People!!! As always the service here is truly wonderful, I recently had both my cars have headlight work completed and I couldn't be happier with the service. This team does really great work and what really makes this place so good are the people. Daniel, Dallas, Ely, and Hayden are very professional and are tremendous people to work with. “My 1st time visit was great. The workers helped me with an oil change, put air in my tires, and changed filters. One even tried to help me set my car to notify me when I needed my next service.”

“I noticed that I had not given a review on this great shop. I am a fairly new widow, and I was having issues of being stranded by my Toyota Prius Hybrid. I had noticed this place as I passed it on a regular basis. I didn't want to go to the dealership because I knew they would charge me an arm and a leg. I thought I had a better chance in a small shop that dealt with foreign cars. I was lucky that this shop was not far from home either. After being stranded the last time, and being a woman of the age I am, plus I thought I had a good idea what the problem was, that I needed to get it fixed asap.. So on one of it's "good" days, I took it in to have a diagnostics run to find out if my hunch was correct. Low and behold I was. I had priced the hybrid batteries, and knew what I was potentially looking at cost wise. That is what he quoted me. I was happly surprised I wasn't taken to the cleaners. It was fixed the same day and I was back on the road. When I got the invoice I saw the shop name and remembered that my late husband had used then several times in the past. He raved about them. Now, I too, sing there accolades. They are fast, efficient, reasonable, helpful, and very friendly. I highly recommend them for your service needs.”

“UPDATE: CAUTION FOR CARS WITH BOTTOM COVERS

I took my 2022 Maverick there Tuesday for an oil change. They did that and the radiator flush. The Maverick has a lower cover from the front bumper to the front transaxles that has to be removed for the service. After my previous service, I noticed they didn't reinstall all the fasteners, which should have been a red flag. After this service, they failed to install ANY of the front 5 screws and several of the sides. Two days later, going down the freeway, the cover ripped loose. I would up laying under the car on the side of the road with traffic buzzing by removing the single screw that held it on. The front row of fasteners were all missing the screws. ALL THE SCREWS WERE THERE BEFORE THE SERVICE!!
Mechanic 101: If you remove 12 screws, you put ALL 12 BACK!

Now we'll see how they respond when I go back and show the pictures...

Friendly staff. Greeted us with a bottle of water and a smile. Not sure why booked appointment times are offered since you pick a lane at arrival with no deference or priority to those with appointments and those who just turn up. I do like the option of bringing your own oil and filter.”
