The folks at Niceville Pak and Ship are beyond helpful. To be welcomed with a smile from people who treat you as friends. Never had a problem with my packages and they will help with your printing task, Andy will take care of you.

Be careful with these guys and check the addresses they type on your labels carefully and make sure they use the company you request, for example FedEx or UPS.

Went to inquiry about about a notary & had to wait 20 minutes. Nobody wanted to help, and the costumer service sucked. Will not be going back

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen….the woman or the guy just ignore you…. Like other reviewers said I don’t know how this place stays in business with its prices…and let’s not forget rude.. it seems like the woman who works there and the owner have horrible attitudes. But yet there are several other reviews on here that say the staff is extremely rude, but I guess we the customers are wrong??? ?

Horrible, horrible customer service! I’m not sure how this place is still in business. The guy there is grumpy and his daughter had to keep touching him to keep him in check, if that was even possible. I feel really bad for her because she should run that place minus that crook! Some people should not run a business, and he definitely is one of them.

Used facility for ID business. Turns out it seems right hand doesn't know what left hand does. Made us appoint on day they were closed. Drove 40 miles for nothingI wouldn't use them if l didn't have too.

I usually don't share poor reviews, but the service here is unfortunately so bad I wanted to warn others. I used Pak Mail several times as I wanted to support a local store but I will now be taking my business elsewhere. The staff is quite rude and unhelpful and I have often been ignored. They overcharge for everything, it's ridiculous. I've had things printed and they did a terrible job. Lastly, the last time I was there the little dog they have ran up to me and nipped my ankle twice- not a huge deal but it was very unpleasant and should not have to be tolerated.

Never again will I take my business to Pakmail in bluewater bay. I sent a package on 12/12 and when I checked the tracking on it, it was at the designated post office on 12/20. The day after Christmas, the box was sent back to my home. I saw my son’s name on the box and opened it, not fully paying attention to all the labels on the box. The employee at Pakmail put the wrong address in even though he read the address off of my phone directly. I called Pakmail and andy offered to “split” it with me. I said absolutely not, this was a mistake on their end and the right thing to do is to resend it on their dime. He told me “ok, bring it in.” So I did. I brought it back opened up and he did not want to help me as he promised. He said the box weighed double then it did when it was shipped off, which was an absolute lie and I told him to check his cameras to see for himself. He said “that would take too long.” In the package contained a build a bear stuffy and the build a bear box that it comes in when you purchase. I even told him to take the bear out of the box if he wanted it to weigh less. After arguing with me for what seemed like ever, he finally printed off the label with the correct adress and then proceeded to TOSS my receipt at me. I have NEVER publicly complained about a business, but I have never dealt with such terrible “customer service.” This should have been handled completely different and instead of apologizing and owning up to their mistake, he played victim instead.
