Worse Panera ever. No diet Pepsi, no skim milk. Asked for a toasted bagel, it wasn't sliced in half. The lady who takes your order is rude. I've eaten there 2 times in 6 months and both times was a big disappointment. I won't be back to this location.

People are fine. Usually mess up your order, but it's not a big deal. The part that's getting it a 1 is the quality of the food. If you've ever wondered what it would taste like to eat the vomit of a person who ate cafeteria pizza and drank curdled milk, try the tomato soup. It's literally hot garbage. Their salads and sandwiches are also five or fifty steps below what you'd find in a dilapidated gas station.

This location needs real help. I seldom ever get what I order and today I got a piece of paper in my breakfast sandwich. Not worth the money or irritation.

Food is good here. The service was outstanding.Parking: Handicapped parking is right by the door.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and has high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking, easy wheelchair access and seating.

Update: Who knew that Panera made great smoothies? I recommend the Frozen Caramel Cold Brew. Decadent!Food was good but pricey. Portion sizes have gotten smaller over the past year, but the freshness and good-for-you ingredients make it worth the splurge!

That's was a depressing grilled cheese sandwich. I can make a half melted cheese sandwich on bread at my house. That just seemed lazy.... Also.... What I paid didn't match the menu prices. The smell that came out the window at the drive through was mildly gross.... Not sure what it was. Maybe cleaning supplies? Definitely didn't smell like food.

It's very frustrating when you place an order on the app with very clear instructions. The order was a simple bakers dozen bagels with cream cheese. When the order was picked up I confirmed with the window person that there was cream cheese and utensils but it wasn't until I got to my office that I found out that that was not true. I called to ask them to just refund the cream cheese and they said that they can't and that I have to come back inside to do that. What is the point of using an app when all the convenience is lost through an accuracy and still having to go back inside.

I have given this place so many chances, only because Panera has pretty good food. However, they have the slowest drive thru service everrrrrr… it’s a little overpriced for what you get, which I don’t mind if you get my order correct. Today, 05/29/2023, was the last straw, I made a DoorDash order so I paid a premium for my order, see photo of receipt. Part of my order was 6 bagels, tub of cream cheese, and a tub chive onion smear. The receipt has boxes to check off to insure the items are bagged, of course they didn’t use their own system to insure order accuracy and I didn’t receive my cream cheese or chive onion smear… now I have a six pack of bagels that are basically worthless. I’m done with the Niceville Panera location.Of course I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears, as I can see they never respond to any reviews.Update: I followed the instructions on the receipt and contacted the manager to let her know my order was incorrect. She offered an apology which is nice, and yet offered no solution as to their mistake. Just told “let me know if there’s anything I can help you with next time”, laughable! Because there will not be a next time!
