It's unethical to demand a deposit for a simple office visit. Without giving any notification they cancelled my appointment because of a deposit no one informed me of. I will happily continue to go to friendship veterinary hospital in fort Walton Beach.

Very pleased with the service I received. Dr.Lundy ( think that was her name) as well as the tech was very thorough with addressing the concerns I had with my pet. It was his annual exam but had been experiencing some discomfort with his ears. We both left as happy customers because he is feeling so much better.

Parkway Veterinary Hospital is the absolute best. From their front desk staff all the way to the doctors, they are excellent. They pay attention to each customer and each pet. I have spent 1000s of dollars the last few years because my dog has allergies n they said I can't get my antibiotics unless I schedule an appointment.. So you want 70 more dollars your business is a disgrace n I see you pick money over health of my dog. How pathetic. Greg
