I have had some very terrible experiences with this pharmacy. However, I will say that lately the services have improved. There was a big scene with my husband and the pharmacist and the front service manager and ever since then our medicine is actually ready when they say it's ready.
Generally speaking though the service here is slow, even with what sometimes appears to be an army of techs working.
That being said since that harrowing day - everyone has been polite and helpful. Just ensure you adjust your expectations. If I am prescribed a medication I plan for it to not be ready until the end of the day or the next day.

Every time I come to this pharmacy, I get outstanding service. Most of the time I use the drive thru. However, when I do go inside and have questions, I’m always met with friendly staff. The pharmacist takes the time to answer all my questions.

I had to have help getting my sensor rx and needed prior authorization. They were very professional and the pharmacist was flawless in her execution. Kudos job well done

Publix in Niceville, Florida is a great and friendly place to shop. I do instacart sometimes I will gell orders to shop for their customers, and in the produce department the produce clerk named Daniel was helpful, I've needed a certain kind of brand name for sweet kale salad, and he was working on restocking product and Daniel stopped and helped me and found the salad that the customer wanted, I'd thanked him, and I want to say, what a kind man and thank you, Daniel for helping me in my time of need.

Sunday, 19 March 2023 purchased 2lbs of pink shrimp from Publics. The shrimp was foul. Returned it and was refunded my money. The young man at customer service made me feel as if I had done something wrong. what A departure from the normal outstanding service. an apology would have been nice.

Absolutely awful. The assistant manager is super condescending. Everyone else I encountered in the store was lovely but I am shocked they allow this women to manage.

Cashier rang up $13 for 3 cucumbers marked for $5. Cashier could not rectify it after confirming its 3 for $5. A woman from customer service came over and supposedly corrected it. After I found out I'm still overcharged by 3.29 and told her about it. She acted like I was big bother angrily threw 3 29 cash to me without saying a word. Publix, we've been a local resident and had shopped there since it's opened. I can't believe this is the kind of people you hired to treat customers. it's your own mistakes and it gets called out, just own up and apologize. Customers, Do check your receipt before you leave. Shame,.shame. shame

My family LOVES the meal kits in the paper bags. We just had the Hot Honey Pork with Summer Salad and my husband can’t stop talking about how delicious it was! We love trying new recipes and find the meals a fair price and super convenient.

So I lost my prescription for blood pressure medicine, but they can’t run it through my insurance as a lost prescription? It’s blood pressure medication not a narcotic or a class II medication. I can’t get a couple day supply until my insurance will pay? My only options are go without or pay full price. I understand different states and different policies but as a pharmacy technician in another state I have had the pharmacist override a denial due to a lost prescription.just disappointed in the lack of willingness to help at all.

We had a family emergency inside and outside the store, the entire staff, managers and pharmacist went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. We were treated with kindness, respect and support during our ordeal. AMAZING PEOPLE!

Such a small store - not a lot of variety. Bakery is terrible - ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance. Called the day I was supposed to pick it up and said they couldn't make it. Horrible store.
