They lie about how long it was take you I’ve been here for 2 hours and everyone had gone before me , these people walk in and get to go in the back , me being a black male had to sit in the waiting room for 3 plus hours just to pee in a cup that will take me 2 mins

I was concerned over the bad reviews but actually had a good experience. Check in was fast, done by scanning license and insurance in a very easy to use machine at the time of my appt. I was taken back almost immediately. My phlebotomists name was Vanyal and he was great! Overall was very fast. Make an appointment and bring a print out of your labs!

I went to get my blood work done and I get a call once I’m pulling back into my driveway (over an hour away) that they didn’t get enough blood for the vile. They ask that I come back in tomorrow. I reluctantly agree because I have no other choice. I come back in the next day (another hour drive) and they don’t have the vile they need to do my bloodwork and that I have to come back ANOTHER time. Absolute disaster. I’m going to pay out of pocket next time just so I never have to come back to Quest.

Worst experience ever at a lab, made my daughter wait three hours, and then, when we inquired was told that they were not taking walk-ins, and they’re about to close, even though her name was up on the board the entire time. They never said anything, and then was extremely rude about it when she inquired…

My wife had an appointment for 2pm. She arrived 15minutes prior to her appointment and was told she had an hour wait do to walk in flow. Don't have appointments if you can honor them, it's bad business and justifies your poor ratings!

TERRIBLE OFFICE! They are so unorganized. They do not answer the phone nor faxes or emails. The office has breakdowns with their internet, phones etc. Staff is overworked or does not care. Misses lab requests on doc forms, loses information. They need to get it together!! Corporate is no better- Never get to 'REAL' person on the phone.

I gave a 4 because this location is inconsistent. I've had 2 not so good experiences as well as sending results under my name instead of my daughter. 1/13/23 I took one of my daughters for blood work, her appt was for 7:50am. This was a first time for her. The phlebotomist she had was great. I wish I could remember her name. She was black, short and so nice and helpful. My daughter started to faint and she took action right away. My daughter threw up and still, she calmly got her taken care of. There was a girl across the hall with dark hair that sent a male to get mini pop tarts out of her lunch to give to my daughter. What a great experience. My other daughter had a reaction like that a couple weeks ago and i asked where i could get water and got it myself. That group that was there yesterday morning, was a total team. Way to go and thank you so much!

The staff was friendly and helpful once checked in. My appointment was 10 minutes late which was not bad considering the number of patients waiting

Arrive 5 minutes late for appointment because of traffic. So I had to do a walk-in. I have been waiting over an hour. Many people before me with appointments. I suggest they try to have better process for walk-ins. I am sure other people won’t mind waiting a minute versus someone waiting for an hour. Poor policy for walk-ins.

HORRIBLY unprofessional. I went in for a glucose 1hr test. Drank the nasty drink, Waited the hour, came in for my labs…waited and waited, because NO ONE was upfront and available to ask a question. Ended up missing the time sensitive window to get my labs done. And turns out my name wasn’t called because the phlebotomist went on lunch and didn’t tell anyone that I’d be in the waiting room. Absolutely unbelievable. I’d give zero stars if possible.
