This is one of the worst Regions branches I’ve ever visited. The poor customer service might be due to being understaffed (as every time I’ve been in, there’s only one or two people working at a time). Will be switching to another bank as soon as possible because after my experience with Regions over the past few days, I have realized they are crooked and will come up with any reason to charge you for whatever they want to.

This bank has really gone downhill… I almost withdrew all of my money a few years ago when one of the tellers was rude to my grandma but I didn’t because I had a bunch of checks I hadn’t used up. I’ve had my account for years and never been charged fees for having an account until recently. I’m not gonna pay to keep my own money in your bank…I’ll just stick with Eglin

Was treated with great disrespect again today. I wanted to fax 2 pages and was told that would be fine. After waiting and coming back, I was told by the manager they could not fax my pages because they were not bank-related. That is fine, but they really didn't need to waste an hour of my day. I told the manager, nicely, what had happened. She didn't seem to really care about my time.

Do NOT bank here, if you actually like saving money and seeing your savings grow. Corporate does not communicate well with branches and vice versa. Fine print on every account and financial offer slowly robs you, that even staff seemed unaware. On top of the $11 / month fees (which evaporate your balances), they they just charged $25 to close my account. Any other bank in the US does better than this!

I was looking to refinance mortgage first with Carol a couple of years ago and now working with Rachel . Due to COVID-19 we may have to do it again they have been very understanding , Polite and great to work with , If you want a local bank or local People . I would suggest working with one of the two of them they’re great and Respond in a timely manner

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Even vindictive!! The brunette in the drive-through window is not only rude, but absolutely hateful and disrespectful! People with that kind of character should not be dealing with customers. I’m sure there’s a janitorial position she would be more suited for!!

The people are nice but that’s all the bank has going for it. They charge more fees on nonsense items than any bank I have ever seen!In addition, the people at the bank, as nice as they are, don’t seem to know much in the way of how the system works, for example, I have to call the 800 number to get funds transferred from my personal acct. to my business acct. because they’re awesome system doesn’t allow me to do it and nine times out of ten the mobile deposit has issues.I did a lot of research before changing banks to Regions and nowhere in my research did I see all the fees we are being charged for stupid things. I’m extremely disappointed and regret my decision to change banks at all.

I am truly disappointed. I am a new small business and on my way to growing exponentially. Their underwriters refused to help finance and on top of that if I want to close the account they are charging me $25. If you are a new small business I would go to another institution to help with growth.

15-odd years of doing business with this bank- multiple paid off loans with no late payments, zero overdrafts, etc. This apparently means NOTHING here. They still slapped an eight-day hold on the check I deposited from my mom's life insurance policy like I was some scam artist. I can guarantee that my account here won't survive long after this hold clears; I'll find somewhere that doesn't treat me like a criminal.

I will start off by saying I was very appreciative that even though I do not bank here the teller still gave me a roll of quarters. I'm sure it's policy but I'm not from Florida. I just moved here Friday from california because my husband who is in the airforce was stationed here. The hotel I'm staying at requires quarters to do laundry and even the front desk didn't have enough quarters to exchange. Prior to coming here I even asked walmart who also told me no even though i bought $80 of merchandise. They referred me to come to this bank where the women who at first wanted to tell me no rolled her eyes at me an rudely gave me the quarters and made me feel like crap as I left. I still said thank you and was very appreciative however she did say your welcome but made me feel very uncomfortable. If I decided to open up a bank trust it won't be here after this expiernce. (Bad customer service) (not welcoming at all)

I can not say enough about the ladies at this bank! They are always professional and ready to help. I have business and personal accounts with them and they always do everything possible to make my banking experience as quick and easy as possible. I would not bank anywhere else.

Convenient location near Wal-mart and Chick-fil-A provides for easy access to drive thru lanes as well as walk in service. The ladies behind the glass are always pleasant and very attentive.
