Today I give CoCo's a one star. I have been going to Ritz/CoCo for about 5 years. I was appalled at how filthy their restroom was . The woman that came out before I used the restroom, was the receptionist Not Sandra. The toilet was nasty from the bowl all the way up to the seat and beyond. The sink was filthy and water all over it. Soaking wet. And lastly, their trash can wasn't working properly.
In all the years I've been a patron to this hair salon, the bathroom never looked this filthy. I felt the receptionist should have tidied the bathroom before she left. Obviously she didn't.
My experience with a new hairstylist was great.

Coco Hair Designs is one of my all time favorite salon especially in this area. Yvonne is not only the sweetest to her clients but also makes sure they are always getting the haircut style they want to the very crumb of it. Yvonne has always been so sweet and understanding when I tell her how I want my haircut and she’s the only person I’d trust to cut my hair.. even so I convinced my mom to let Yvonne cut her hair and she did it perfectly. Yvonne not only cut the split ends and dead hair off but she revived my moms hair and mine. If you’re ever scared to give a new salon a try trust me Yvonne wont let you down and she’ll give you the exact hair you want! Only good things to say about this salon! Walked in with a hair emergency and was able to be squeezed in with Amy, she fixed my hair and addressed my concerns and gave me the results I wanted. The front desk lady who helped me had such great customer service, she had so much empathy and understanding towards my situation and did everything in her hands to help me out. Truly satisfied with my experience here! Would 100% recommend this salon if you’re looking for a professional team of stylist to give you the results you desire!

I absolutely adore this salon! From the moment you walk in, you’re met with warmth, good vibes, and a team that truly feels like a family. Every employee is so kind, talented, and welcoming—it’s clear they love what they do. Jessica is my stylist and she is phenomenal! She listens, gives amazing advice, and always makes my hair look incredible. I trust her completely with my hair and always leave feeling confident and refreshed.
I also have to shout out the bosses—it’s no surprise this place runs so smoothly with such inspiring leadership. They’re supportive, hands-on, and have built an environment where both clients and stylists thrive. You can really feel the love and care behind the scenes. This salon is more than just a place to get your hair done—it’s a whole experience, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Aside from having the BEST stylist (Shelby M), the salon itself is clean, organized, and has nothing but friendly and professional stylist. If you are looking for a new salon, Coco Hair Design is the place you need to go. I also highly recommend Shelby as your stylist!

I love coming to this salon, Kelly and Charlotte have taken such good care of me and my daughter. We have had most wonderful visits. They are extremely so sweet, and unbelievably knowledgeable when it comes to hair. Cut, color, anything. They nail it every time.

Love this place! I have been going there for years. From the front desk to all the hairstylists, they all make you feel welcomed. The hairstylists are amazing. Kelly is my amazing stylist. My teen and adult grandchild goes there also. Thank you CoCos for my great hair.
