The customer service here is stellar! Marci and Nicki have been incredibly kind and helpful, as have the entire staff. After looking around all of the available storage places in the city, we appreciate that there are always staff at Prime during business hours and are available for questions because most places didn’t have anyone working in a consistent manner. This was very frustrating when trying to find a human to answer questions about their facility in order to rent. Prime Storage is ultra-clean, well-lit and we love the fun music when entering the facility. Makes for a nicer and more comfortable move! Thank you for continuing to be a great business for us!

Impressed with cleanliness - hard to believe it’s one of the older inside storage buildings in Niceville. Marcie was very helpful - showed us some options (5x10, 10x10) for storage and how everything works. Definitely recommend.

Nicole is the absolute best. She has been a huge help getting me the perfect storage unit. She went out of her way to show me the choices available and help me pick the right unit for me. Cannot recommend her enough! Ask for Nicole if you want the best.I posted this awhile ago but wanted to post again to say that Nicole continues to help above and beyond any expectations!

If you ever need to rent storage I would highly recommend Prime Storage in Niceville. Very clean, and Nicki is wonderful she helped me every step of the way in picking out size of unit I would need not only is she helpful but very pleasant to do business with.

If you want to be forced to pay for a full months rent going 1.5 days into a month then I advise renting elsewhere. I have rented units for kids for college all over and have never had this issue.
