I went to get some lottery tickets and the cashier freaked out saying I got no money in my drawer repeatedly. I had 260 dollars worth and was going to get all tickets for her not to panic. She couldn't function long enough to hear me I'm getting tickets and she for 5th time handed tickets back to me and said I can't cash... So I lost my mind cause I'm tired of incompetent people and why do you hire idiots like her is beyond me. I was in retail for 30 years and I would fire her on the spot. I will never go back and I get my gas and defcom 32 for diesel so keep up the mediocre job while she runs your customers off. Didn't get her name but a description of her is she's huge I'm sorry don't know how else to explain

The employees are awesome, but they need to make the white cheddar Mac and cheese. This is the third or fourth time I've been and it's not out.

Convenience store such a contribution to the Niceville community. Such friendly staff always well stocked, and great morning food. Whether you’re stopping in just for some gas, or your every day stop, these guys got everything you need. To be honest, I don’t know what you’re waiting for y’all need to come see the staff and get gas a big boss 76 in Niceville. I spoke with Megan, young lady was exceptional, never left her smile. Keep it up.

I go to the big boss all the time and I love the staff they are great always friendly and smiling. The deli is great the food is always fresh and at a great price. And they mean if you want something and don't see it, tell them they will make it no problem. Great group of people keep up the good work yall!
