One of those stores where employees are apparently too cool to crack a smile when you come in, let along try to help you. Sad! Went to Destin, and folks were so much nicer there. Avoid!

So I picked up a 5G Home Internet. CenturyLink was giving me the run around on when my service was going to be activated but they needed the engineering department to come out and install something, a big mess and no time line on when this will all happen.I called the T-Mobile store in Nicevile and Jake told me to stop by.He was unsure if this would work because t-mobile did not have best coverage in my area. But he said to try it out and if it does not work we can return the device and service for a full refund within a 14 day period.I got home and I set it up and it works great! Its not the fastest and the signal was on the week side but that was expected.So if you are fighting with CenturyLink or any other Internet provider go and see Jake at the T-mobile store in Niceville.Thanks a million to Jake & T-Mobile!

I was trying to port a number out from another carrier to TMobile and it took me a long time including few visits to TMobile. Today I went to this Tmobile and talked with Chris Kaczor, and solved the problem in like 10 minutes top. He has been with the company apparently for a long time and know the tips and tricks to get things done. Thank you Chris!

The managers here are extremely helpful, even though I'm a Sprint Customer. They are promt & know all the tricks to get phones back in working order. Best store in the area!

So we started T-Mobile Internet service a couple days ago, the next day there was a citywide outage, there was a fiber cable that was cut, so needless to say I was pretty upset with the service that failed shortly after we just started it. We were always happy with T-Mobile service, and after initially hooking up the T-Mobile Internet service we were very pleased with how well it works. The cost savings compared to cox is awesome, and the Internet speeds are equivalent. We were initially upset about the outage, but it was only for about four hours then everything was returned to normal, they kept us informed on what was going on and were very helpful. Thanks to the store manager and assistant manager and Jake up for all your help you guys rock!

Good service staff was very pleased with the attention we recieved and I might add patience on decisions of new phones, tablets and plans to help us seniors, who are not as savvy with all the nuances and needed to update but keep the cost reasonable! After over 20 years with another carrier and lots mis-steps, wrong info, high billing, not very helpful communication, we found TMobile to be a refreshing option!

Meh.. not knowledgeable enough about services and phones. They steady calling each other over to help do small services. Music in the store is horrible ?. It is only one younger black man with all black hair from Waco, TX who knows what he is doing. Also the girl with beautiful tattoos on her forearms will help you as well. Anybody else...you will be there all day and might even have to come back a few times.Rude!

Sooooo let me start by saying I hope the right people see this.... Jenna and jake are hands down the best problem solving employees at T-Mobile that I have ever encountered. The insurance company that I use for my phone tried to deny my claim even though I had insurance. Jenna went above and beyond at making sure that the issue was resolved, and that the insurance company understood that I was covered! I went through 15 different people prior to going into the store and Jenna was able to resolve it in under 45 minutes.... I can not honestly put into words the amount of happiness these two employees brought me!

I'm giving T-Mobile 0 stars. Since they removed my Sprint sims card and replaced it with a T-Mobile card the service has been terrible. I have dropped calls, can't answer my phone, can't hear but person can hear me or vice versa, or my phone just doesn't ring, can't send text. T-Mobile kept telling me I needed to buy a new phone. I was persistent with them that my phone worked fine until they put their sims card in. I was told by phone by a guy who said his name was Mike at the Niceville, Florida location that I needed to change services!!! I reached out to the CEO Mike Sievert and he had Sprint technical support try some things. After they investigated it they discovered it is NOT MY PHONE IT'S T-MOBILE PROBLEM!!! Maria contacted me apologized and set up an appointment for me (in Tampa) to have a Sprint sims card put back in my phone. So far I'm having no issues with my phone that Niceville T-Mobile told me I needed to replace or even better told me I needed to find a new provider!!! I have been a Sprint customer 25 years and never been told by a Sprint employee to find another provider. I'm not the only one having these issues, my family, friends, neighbors and business associates are having the same issues since getting the T-Mobile sims card. It's not just in Niceville, it's country wide. T-Mobile are aware their service is terrible but told me they are working on it, I'm going to wait and see. Will update if I feel the need.

The staff is wonderful! Not only are they nice, they are very helpful and sure know they're stuff! They work with you to make sure you get what you're looking for. I highly recommend this store!
