“I had an outstanding experience with Holmes Auto! I originally brought my car in for an oil leak that started right after a visit to one of those quick oil-change places. Not wanting to deal with them again, I chose Holmes on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. They quickly determined the oil filter had been improperly installed, but when the leak persisted after I got home, I gave them a call. Without hesitation, they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. It turned out the real issue (or additional issue) was a cracked oil pan. Holmes immediately owned it, corrected the problem, and even covered the full cost, telling me they should have caught it the first time. That level of honesty, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction is almost unheard of these days. From Cami and Melissa at the front desk to Mike, every single person I dealt with was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. “The service manager and technician put a smile on my face on a rough day. I needed to replace a tire on a Sunday afternoon so I could drive back home to the Tampa area. I called several places that either did not have the tire, or could not put it on until Monday. Not only did this Pep Boys location have the tire size I needed, but I was on my way back home in less than an hour. At all at a very fair price. Thank you!”
“I was visiting Destin in a rental when I got a flat tire. Rental company basically told me "deal with it" and locked the door and left (literally). Danny at Goodyear had my back. He booked me in (I had to sit and wait, no other way around), managed to get me in over an hour earlier than promised, got my tire fixed, checked/fixed the *other* tires, and still did me a very fair deal on everything. 10/10 would recommend. If this shop wasn't 14 hours away, I would go here anytime I needed it. Thank you!”

“Car notified me I was loosing tire pressure crossing over the bridge. Stopped and put some air in real quick and called these guys! It was 5:55 and they close at 6. I let Todd know that I was about 5 min out and he told me to come in by. I got there right at 6 and instead of just putting air in and letting me come back to tomorrow he went ahead and fixed my tire! I left at 6:20. You don’t find ppl going out of their way much these days and to say I appreciated his service today would be an understatement! Great service even when he could’ve just said we’re closed!
