The people at Take Five Car Wash are always super nice and friendly, I’ll give them that 😄💖, but seriously… they are never open at the right time. You plan to go, you get there, and it’s closed… every single time. It’s super frustrating because the staff are great, but it’s impossible to actually use the place when you need it.

Only thing good about this place is the detail section. The absolute worst “basic” wash I’ve ever had. Severely overpriced and ineffective. Expressed my concern to the “manager” and her response was “well you got the basic wash” okay… paid $13 dollars for the car to not be cleaned at all. Would NOT recommend

I have a subscription to this carwash, it does its job! The only thing I wish was better was the dryer & some of the vacuums don’t work all the time. Brandon is my favorite employee here- he always makes sure to greet you with a smile and gives amazing customer service!!

Love this car wash! The whole staff is so nice, but Brandon really takes care of us! The premium membership is worth the price.

The credit card scanner was down and I had no cash. Brandon allowed me to go through and get the wash anyway. That’s old school business ethics. Nice to see that it’s still around. Thank you, Brandon.

You get what you give. No car wash is going to provide a perfect wash, so utilize the pre-scrub station. The crew is usually very nice. Brandon always puts in our mirrors. The vacuums are always working great! The Bluewater location is exponentially better than the one near Chick-Fil-A.

Felipe Suarez is a hard worker and a great guy. We stopped in because we needed help signing up for the military discount. He was busy running to the gate, helping people enter the car wash and also helping us. Very friendly and helpful. Kudos to you Felipe.
