If the employee has to do anything besides scan a package they are useless and will dissappear to not work.
Other ups stores go above and beyond and take the package and reprint the label themselves since it's already in your system. This ups has lazy employees. The ups stores with the scanner that you can leave packages without human interaction work better than the employees at this ups.
But I appreciate you trying to make me look like a bad customer.
This also isn't my first bad interaction at this UPS.

This store was really impressive today. I waited until the last minute before it closed to return some items, and so did about ten other people. They kept the doors open and kept working hard until everybody was taken care of. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and there were about 10 people in front of me. Mike was awesome helping me work through my Amazon returns! Will definitely keep coming back!

We LOVE this store! Truly feels like a neighborhood UPS. My two young sons love going to visit Manny! He is professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He even remembers my son by name! We probably ship things from this store weekly and have never had a bad experience.

I have been coming there for quite a while Had an employee named Darren help me a couple times…. Was one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Seems to have an attitude Doesn’t seem like he wants to be there and wants to argue with you. I will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely awful. Paid $90 to have something next morning and it didn't even get delivered and said I can't get a refund either. Extremely important business deal rode on that paperwork too.

Standing inside the UPS store and it is very apparent that there is not a single person that likes their job or cares much. Every individual is short with customers and refuses to smile. I believe 2 stars is appropriate because they did show up and are actually doing their job which is better than the average individual these days. As I am writing this review, a young lady in a wheel chair came in and the man at the counter couldn't be bothered to lean in and help get the young lady's paperwork, he stood straight up and didn't even extend his arms all the way... I've been in the customer service frontline for 20 plus years and I have left a handful of reviews, but I have never seen such disregard for customer satisfaction. The young man in the Black Nike sweater should either gain a positive personality or work in an atmosphere that does not require personal interaction.
