Horrible and fake customer service. They closed early knowing I was coming back it was 4:56 when I pulled up. I find this very rude and uncalled for. We just moved to the city and needed our keys to get our inhalers out of the mail. Now I have to go to the hospital cause the lady who works afternoon shift acted nice as if she was doing good business. Now I know it was definitely cause she was laughing that I’m not going to be able to breath tonight.

For several months now I’ve been getting mail from not one or two different addresses but THREE. I’ve brought their mail to their house cuz I get it, mistakes happen. Then after a few times I “wrote wrong address” or “does not live here” and today I got mail YET AGAIN from 3 addresses at the same time. I try to call the post office to try and resolve it locally but the number sends me to the national number. If I’m getting so many others mail this often, how much of my mail are others getting? I know I can just drop their mail off but how many times do I do this? How do I assure my mail isn’t getting to the wrong place?

Clerks who work inside are wonderful and helpful. The sorting and delivery workers are mediocre at best, my mail is misdelivered more than 3 times a month. I blame sorters for this mostly but the delivery person doesn't even check what mailbox or where they are delivering the mail. It's horrible delivery service!

3/20/24 - Chris is currently looking into it._____Will update my review once I hear back from Chris and Barbara. My package is missing and they are claiming that it was delivered to the buyer but the update was incorrect due to an error in their system. I have been trying to get a hold of them but they are no longer answering my calls.

The mail carrier ripped the exterior iron gate off the hinges and placed it on the group 2 days ago instead of leaving the package in front or behind the gate. We also have not recieved packages when they were listed as delivered. This branch is horrendous and deserve a thorough audit. I would give 0 stars if I could. Destruction of private property leaves me speechless. What in the Hell is wrong with you people?

Genaro is the best server that all post offices have in the country! thank you! He is so patient and kind. He is also a gentleman. Thanks to all the staff! Everyone here is absolutely the best staff!

I ordered a package and it never showed up. I saw the mail man speed past my house and wouldn't stop, then it said it was delivered which it was not. I contacted them on the phone and they said they couldn't do anything to help.

Fast and friendly. I've never had an issue at this post office, which is saying something. We've lived all over the U.S. and this is the easiest USPS location I've dealt with

can't get them to pick up mail from my house have to drive it in to mail myself then when they do put something in my box they leave door down especially when it's raining

Love this post office. Plenty of parking, kind and thorough service from the agents. Not much of a wait when. I went a weekday morning.
