Kimberly in the pharmacy has a nasty attitude... She should not have the title of a manager!

Wait time was minimal. The lady checking me out was very kind. The pharmacist was very thorough and sure that I was aware of interactions that other medicines I was on could have caused. She was also very friendly and cheerful.

The pharmacist is friendly, but most of the techs I’ve had interactions with are less than impressive. I know times are tough as far as finding people to work but that does not excuse the lack of courtesy from workers. I also find how insanely slow this pharmacy is to be frustrating. But I mean I guess at least I get my medication eventually which is more than I can say for some other experiences. I just wish I didn’t end up feeling like I was putting them out for having to do their job.

This is my go-to pharmacy. Good prices, good service, almost always fast, often while shopping, and they send a text when ready, which is usually fairly quick. They haven't disappointed me!

This is the worst Walmart in pharmacy experience I've ever had in my life. There's a woman there named Cynthia that shouldn't be working anywhere because she is just not understanding of how a computer works and definitely has no people skills. She could not figure out how to print out my form that had my medications on it with the prices and was rude from the get-go. I sent my husband into the store to get this print out as I was just recently in the hospital. They refuse to give my husband the printout of the medications and their prices but yet if he would have paid for the prescriptions they would have given them to him. We are not talking any kind of controlled substance . I have just gotten out of the hospital recently and now I have to go into Walmart to deal with this something that should have taken 5 minutes took over a half hour then they tell me that they don't even have that prescription in stock. Walmart is definitely dropping the ball in their stores and their pharmacy something's got to be done because the way that customers are being treated is definitely not the way that Sam Walton would have done business and if this is the way you do business now I will find other means to handle my business

I've been in the e.r. for 6 hours. Got my prescription sent here.. and they call and tell me to pick them up, so I drive up there and when we get there they tell us were too late. Very unprofessional, Very neglectful and no care of helping people in need.

I used Wal-Mart pharmacy for years because of the location and they accepted the goodrx card on my medications and they were the cheapest out of the pharmacies in the area(which saved me several hundreds of dollars a month).

Pharmacist was rude, clipped, and very condescending while speaking to me regarding antibiotic concerns. I suspect his intent was to make me feel d*** for asking questions but isn't it their job to arm their patients (unofficial or otherwise) with information? So that they may better understand healthcare? Absolutely will not return to this location. Ever.

Because of the way this pharmacy handles business I WILL NOT be back or use Walmart pharmacy services ever again. I have filled a prescription for my pet multiple times here within the passed few months and every time has been a nightmare. What finally did it for me was about 3 wks ago (march 28th) I got a phone call from a woman named jasmine letting me know they were out of stock on one of my dog's meds and it wouldn't be in until Saturday March 31st. Knowing they most likely would have a few hiccups, I waited to pick up my dog's medicine (3 weeks) because he wasn't quite out of what I had already. I show up on April 12th to pick up his prescription and low and behold none of his vetmedin had been ordered and no prescription had been filled. Not only did I not receive any sort of apology I was given the excuse that "we don't fill canine prescriptions that often" at this point I have one day left of pills for my dog; he has congenital heart failure by the way. So not only am I stressed but extremely upset. Connie gives me a few of what they had on stock (enough for 3 days) but tells me I have to come back in an hour for it.... Listen, these people should've had my dog's prescription finished 3 weeks ago. Apart from this terrible review I will be speaking directly to the pharmacy manager and if I can't get a hold of her or I am not satisfied with the conversation we have, I will go straight to corporate. This is absolutely unsatisfactory and makes me think what if this medicine were for a human? Would it be different? Regardless absolute worst experiences here, and the employees are well below par in the customer service aspect.
