“I walked into Toytopia already knowing one thing: I was probably going to leave with something that had a cat on it because I absolutely love cats! 😂🐈 I happened to be at the Publix next door grabbing lunch, noticed this adorable little shop, and decided to pop in and look around. Since it’s a smaller local store, I also knew I wanted to find something I loved and support them while I was there. The store itself is so cute and beautifully displayed, but the absolute highlight of my visit was Katie. She was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything in the store. She asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and I told her I was mostly browsing but definitely wanted to leave with something cat-related. From there, she happily showed me different things throughout the store as I asked questions. I asked about fashion dolls, and she showed me the dolls. We looked at ladybugs, bees, otters, cats, squishies, and all sorts of adorable little treasures. She never made me feel rushed and genuinely seemed happy to help me explore. I ended up falling in love with these super cute squishies called Cool Kittens. Then I realized there was one named Jinxy, which immediately got me because my own cat is named Jinx! Of course I HAD to have it. 😂 Unfortunately, another customer was already purchasing that particular one, but Katie was so sweet and helped me find another set that was actually an upgrade for only about a dollar more. I was thrilled and genuinely happy to spend my money there. Katie made the entire experience so enjoyable that I immediately knew I wanted to leave a review. Thank you for hiring employees who are enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the products, attentive to customers, and clearly enjoy what they do. She was an absolute sweetheart and made my little lunchtime shopping adventure so much fun. I’ve already told my husband about the store, and although I won’t be working in the Nocatee area anymore, the next time we’re over there, I already know where we’re stopping. Thank you, Katie, and thank you, Toytopia! 🐈💕”

“definitely a need place. Way better than the $1.75 store. As long as you keep your receipt if you need to return something you can get your money back unlike the dollar store”

“Absolutely loved this shop! It’s full of locally made treasures, perfect for finding unique gifts, souvenirs, or something that shows off local pride. I’m so glad I wandered in! I picked up a couple of adorable, toxin-free nail polishes as a gift for my daughter and her sister. PS - If you are a pickleball fan, this is the place to come check out!!!! ?”
