Zach took awesome care of us and I would highly recommend him! He went above and beyond even driving to another store to get the phone we wanted when they didn’t have it in stock. Very honest with everything and hard to find people you can trust these days. Ask for him when you go there and you won’t regret it!

Verizon should do its’ trainings at this location before it opens a new store that’s how great they are. They go above and beyond to assist with a customers need and every time I’ve had an issue they’ve helped me work through it. I can’t recommend them enough. If you live in the area they are reason enough to switch carriers to Verizon.

I had an amazing experience with this location yesterday. A manager named Zack, who has helped me on several occasions in the past, called me about a special offer. It would improve my service and save me money. The switch was made and I am delighted. As a long time Verizon customer, this had never happened to me before!

Had issues activating my new iphone and eSIM from home. Maxx provided excellent support and service and was able to resolve the issue quickly. He was very knowledgeable and provided a great in-store experience.

We went in for some assistance on the coverage of our account and Maxx was super helpful in answering all of our questions, he even got us hooked up with a home booster to make sure we had stronger signal which was a huge plus. Location was clean, highly recommend this place!!

Maxx has taken care of us multiple times through my process of switching carriers, helping us find the perfect phone, getting us the best deal with our plan and overall made the experience so enjoyable and worry-free. if you currently have verizon as your carrier and want to adjust your plan, i would not recommend this location. a waste of time, you are better off calling verizon directly. my husband and i came in to adjust our plan and the lady working at this location told us she could not because we had pro max’s. i understand it’s business and you wouldn’t want to downgrade somebody, but never have i heard you couldn’t because of the type of phone you have. a disappointment as we are loyal costumers to verizon. called verizon directly and spoke with a friendly guy who adjusted that for us! this location needs proper training.

My experience began with Verizon Customer Service for a line transfer, a routine service that should have taken 30 minutes over the phone. It spiraled into a multi-day back and forth that left my phone disconnected and number in limbo.I cannot stress enough my lack of confidence in Verizon's Customer Support and the clear inadequacies in their ability to overcome errors.This process required, on multiple occasions, reaching out to support with someone else's phone or by someone else on my behalf.I could go on and on about the details but as someone who is very familiar with technology and works as a developer, I can imagine how drawn out this process would have been for someone who is not.Luckily, after some successes by customer support, the line was transferred to its own account. Registering it was another hassle and another call with support but had I not figured it out on my own it would've taken longer.At this point the line was linked with my account but with an old phone of mine. Easy fix, right? Except by this point my phone is disconnected and in order to switch phones, you need a 2FA code sent to the number...The customer support rep tells me to go to a Verizon store and makes it sound like this will be a lengthy process.I got to this location near closing time and was assisted by Zayd. In a few minutes this man was able to get my service reconnected, just like that.Now I'm not one to give credit where credit isn't due but I can tell Zayd knows what he's talking about, has knowledge of the field, and can get things done.Supporting customer-facing applications requires some familiarty with the system and potential errors. It's fully possible this was something those support reps hadn't dealt with before but I've see a complete lack of follow-up from multiple agents and failure to provide insight into current status or future steps.I can deal with inconvenience, it's frustrating though. I'd expect a good, customer-centric company to follow-up on customers' issues and provide some trivial recompense like a free upgrade or discount. I was never offered anything and had I not asked, would not have received a credit on my bill for the days when my service was not active.I cannot recommend Verizon. I can recommend Zayd.
