We stopped by AT&T just to ask a question. Tyler was working ant the time and solved our problem. We continued chatting with him because of his explicit knowledge ending up with 2 new phones! He is the most professional, knowledgable person we have ever dealt with. AT&T is very lucky to have him!! We have been AT&T customers for and will remain so!!!

hope this gets better..currently i am trying to quit a phone that isnt what thet say ..no one knows what the costs are...the bill is like a vampire draining your pocket..look out for insurance charges and how they cant take it off right away...lots of little charges from the government and att that wasnt clearly explained because they dont know..you will only get the quick sale and a good luck. the cust service on the phone gives you a not my problem attitude...returning a phone costs 55 dollars...satisfaction guaranteed..not..
