A decent rv, easy to park, and a warranty they stand behind with a smile. 5 stars, right? Unfortunately, they are constantly changing suppliers and service becomes worse and worse. Great coach, but have your own maintenance place. Have a professional go over the entire coach A to Z. Then make your plans to drop off the RV back to them because they schedule your drop off appointment but not any work or parts. So be prepared to wait much longer in a Sarasota area hotel at your expense. They don't deal with any insurance or extended warranty company. That's on you. Pay Coach House and maybe get reimbursed later. So one star, right? Just know that they are always a manufacturer first, and always a service department dead last. Sad.

We bought a 2010 Platinum from the Coach House factory sales lot in 2016. We enjoyed traveling in our Platinum very much, and we were very pleased with the excellent support that we got from the staff at the factory (regarding both getting replacement parts for the RV and solving problems with it during our travels). The fact that the entire coach is one piece of fiberglass greatly reduces the chances of leaks. When we had to sell our Platinum recently, it took less than a week to sell it for a good price, and I think that the main reasons for that were 1) how well the Coach House RV's hold up over the years due to their superior overall quality, and 2) the quality and durability of the paint jobs on Coach House RV's are both so good that the exterior paint on our Platinum looked the same in 2025 as it did in 2016. Jason Bottorff is an excellent salesman, and the service department did an excellent job of checking out the RV before we bought it.

We have had our 271 IV for 1 1/2 years and it has been virtually flawless. We are currently 30 days into 90-day adventure and the design of our coach has made the most of the space we have. A 44 ft brand new 5th wheel pulled in next to us the other day. While we were envious of its size, one of their windows was not installed properly and during an intense thunderstorm a large amount of water entered their toy hauler garage area. This reminded us why we chose Coach House in the first place! We told the owner of the 5th wheel of our Coach House experience and he was shocked to hear we have had no issues since taking ownership with the RV build quality! I cannot recommend Coach House enough. When we have had questions Jason and the team are always responsive and go the extra mile to ensure our expectations are exceeded. You may pay a little more, but the peace of mind you get from a Coach House purchase pays dividends in the long run!

Normally I skip right past the reviews, however my experience at Coach House and with their entire staff, was far above the five stars I selected. From the beginning, the tour of their factory, meeting some of their staff, and the thorough explanations given to us by Jason, allowed us to see first hand the excellence that this company devotes to their product. My never ending questions and concerns were always answered immediately by Jason.
We even met and talked with Coach House owners, who all loved their units. Once we decided on which model would work for us, our sales rep, Jason, was there every single step of the way. He helped us feel secure in our decision and went above and beyond in every possible way from order to delivery. Thank you Coach House and Jason, for a beyond five star experience!

After owning two Born Free coaches we purchased a 2024 Platinum IV Coach House. If you plan to down size or are planning to buy a new quality built coach look no farther. We are so happy with our purchase and customer service after the sale. The one piece coach shell is amazing. So quiet while traveling, no more squeaky rattling. Jason our salesman was the most skilled and informed salesperson I have ever dealt with. His help in guiding us through purchasing our coach was over the top of 5 star. He answered all our questions and even sent pictures of our coach as it moved through the various construction stages. Our tour through the Coach House plant was most informative and assured us that Coach House is very concerned about building a quality coach. There are many less expensive C style coaches on the market but none come close to the quality of a Coach House. We will always be ambassadors for Coach House.

The trip home went VERY well. I'm sure people wondered why we were smiling so big as we traveled up I-75, but they didn't know we were bringing our dream back home with us and that was the source of the joy.
I spent 40+ years in Corporate America at various levels of management with both multinational companies and smaller family owned businesses. I know a good organization when I see it and experience working with it. You can always tell the really great ones by the people that work there and the product they produce. I can say without any reservation at all that your organization ranks among the very tip top of my list of most impressive and easiest to work with. From the get-go I suspected that I was dealing with seasoned professionals both at the management level and within the production area. My first impressions turned out to be correct as I suspected they would be. The men and women who work every day to produce your product should be candidates for the Malcolm Baldrige Award. They are THAT good at what they do. The VERY BEST!
I could go on and on but one of my weaknesses is "over verbalization". Let me close by saying that our experience with you has been simply outstanding. We are proud of our new RV and will be proud to exhibit it as we travel our great country. THANK YOU from the very bottom of our hearts for being there creating these wonderful products. We look forward to a long and happy relationship with your organization and the products you so expertly produce.
Keep up the good work and may God bless you all.
Best regards always,
Tom, Chris, and Marc
P.S. : We'll stay in touch and keep pictures coming your way.

We picked up our 2024 Coach House Arriva V24-TB yesterday at Coach House in Nokomis, Fl. Our Experience has been superb. From purchase agreement to Delivery, all went extremely well. To Art and Mike, thank you so much for your time and friendliness during our orientation/delivery. You guys sure know your product! A special shout out to Jason, our factory rep. From the day we agreed on purchase, to today, you have shown us your knowledge, professionalism, friendliness and commitment to us. You have made our purchase very special, Thanks!
We don’t want to forget the lovely lady at the front desk, whose name escapes us. You showed us the utmost hospitality during our visit and delivery. Steve G. has a wonderful person providing first impressions! We are looking forward to getting out on the road!
Thank you to all!

I was in need of a new Dometic Climate Control (HVAC thermostat) for my motorhome 272 and the warranty replacement I received from Coach House was the Micro-Air Bluetooth/Wifi control. What a pleasant surprise because I tend to like the “techie” gadgets and this was the ticket. I especially like how these types of electronics will get an update once in a while which usually means some improvements or fixes were incorporated into the firmware.
Thank you Coach House!! Your responsiveness in my warranty needs is much above average!

We have been researching RVs for over a year. We went to the Tampa RV show back in January 2024 to solidify our final decision. Thats where we met Jason Bottorff, who works for CH. He invited us to go for the tour where they make the coaches. What a great experience there to see how they are made! Our experience with Coach House starts with Jason, who was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We had so many questions about pre owned ones and he was just so knowledgeable. We now are new owners of a Platinum 2024 220 and couldn't be happier with our decision.

Hello,
Owner of a Coach House 271 XL 2010, I felt privileged to know that I was a few hours from your factory to possibly enjoy your service. By the way, we were seduced during our last visit to your home when we were given a tour of the factory.
A few weeks ago we made an appointment to adjust the HWH leveling system, it only worked in manual mode. The automatic mode could not bring the vehicle to the level. We wanted to have the awning that did not close, the shower door that did not close well, replace a trunk lock, replace a bulb in the right rear light.
So we made an agreement with your staff and we were on site on the morning of our appointment february 12 2024 We were well received as for our last visit. Unfortunately, none of the points mentioned above have been resolved to our satisfaction.
The HWH leveling system is no longer usable at the risk of remaining completely blocked The rear light bulb has been replaced but during installation the light was broken. The replacement of the trunk lock that has been carried out is not correct, the lock turns on itself. And as for the awning and the shower door, the person in charge told us that there was no solution.
As you can see, it is difficult for a very tolerant customer to be satisfied with this type of service. We were ready to pay the price needed to solve these problems and we thought we were in the best place to do so, clearly we were wrong
If the requests made by your customers exceed your knowledge please do not take

We were very pleased with the service we received on our 2018, out of warranty, Arriva last month. We arrived at the Coach House plant in Nokomas the night before the service was scheduled and were invited to stay at the factory overnight. The next morning Art and Mike got right on the work and were extremely accommodating, All the issues were resolved in the morning, and we were on our way by noon. Steve Gerzeny spent time with us while work was underway and gave us a high level of comfort, with his assurance that we had the right people available that would resolve our issues. Great company with great service. Highly recommend.

Below are my opinions on my purchase. First it is a great van design but for our experience we had several build issues and difficulties with them communicating.
The first issue was the missing spare tire and mount we paid for. They first said it was no longer available and we were not charged for it. They later corrected their mistake right away and within a week sent a check to us. (It would have been helpful to communicate the issue with the tire and mount so I could have made other plans)
One of the reasons I purchased the van was it was advertised on their website YouTube video with Steve detailing their included technology such as touch screen control panels, however ours only had push buttons. It had extra buttons since the panel was apparently made for their class C RVs models and not the can. I asked about this and they said they were having problems with the touchscreen products. (Again it would have been nice if they notified me on this significant change and reduced the cost if the van since touch screen were more costly than push buttons. I was also surprised, and disappointed that they still continued to run the YouTube video stating it had touch screen tech. (I don’t know if we were just the unlucky ones that didn’t get the touch screens.)
I did expected a couple punch list items that would need to be looked at not this many. For example, the generator wouldn’t stay running and had to been taken in for repair. (I’m not sure how it was functioned at the factory). The inverter was installed upside down so the screen was unreadable and unusable. I had to buy and install a remote screen to use be able to use all of the inverter functions. It also didn’t have the factory spec spacing for air flow and they told me to lower it down slightly. One of the AC vents did not blow out air and I was told to make an air diverter to fix the issue. I also found lumps in the Vinly flooring where the applied flooring over debris. It looked like they marked with permanent marker the locations and used a knife to try to cut and remove the debris without getting it all. I also found the Wi-Fi dome did not work and was not getting power from the switch. It turns out the coaxial cable and hot wire that went from the unit into the back of the van had been screwed through. I found a 7.5 amp fuse in the fuse box that was for the WiFi that was supposed to be 3 amp. I also found the wire from to switch to the dome not connected. I began checking and found two other exposed hot wires that should have been properly taped off if not in use.
I also found the pass through holes under the van sprayed with regular expanding foam when fire retardant foam was used on other holes. One hole had no foam at all that I had to fill to avoid fire or carbon monoxide from getting into the van.
I had to replace the original cheap door handle which would lock unintentionally. The bathroom door is also warped and doesn’t shut properly.
We also experienced stress cracks throughout the van cabinetry. I contacted the warranty person who had to check with Steve, the VP, to get approval to get it repaired at a local dealership since it was not cost effective for me to make an unplanned trip to their factory. They had me get an estimate which I did and provided to them. Steve felt it was too much and they could do the repairs in two days and said the contract states they don’t due repairs due to extreme climates. But he was willing to settle at a much reduced amount from the estimate which I did agree to. I do appreciate his desire to make it right but I don’t agree with the cause. This is the third Rv I have owned but never had this problem since I live in a hot dry climate. The van is parked under shade all year when not in use. It would be helpful if they warned out-of-state buyers possible issues with cracking if they truly feel it due to the climate.
I did find most of the employees to be professional and polite. If I were to do this all over again I ju
