Beware of their trapping you with 36 months contracts without letting you know. I agreed with the first 36 months since I had new VOIP phones involved and the term expired and I felt like I was month to month now. I'm finding a lot of the stuff I'm looking for in todays market that they have isn't working correctly. they keep saying improvement is coming. Their IPhone app to transfer to my personal phone is buggy. The Orbit app has issues. We had to deal with a issue that they blamed on my internet providers modem last year and I found a work around. I've asked for a copy of where I agreed to a 36 month extension and will be seeking legal advice.

Lightspeeds customer service is second to none. Always attentive and fast. When we switched providers were there issues? Yes, some. But that's to be expected to a degree. After dealing with a previous provider whose hold times were lengthly, and whose employees spoke broken English, Lightspeed was a welcome change. Glad I made the switch.

Lightspeed Voice has been a wonderful company to work with. I transitioned my agency from a very "archaic" phone system and their technology has been awesome to work with. It has allowed me access to my data on a whole new level to help me hold my team accountable. Highly recommend :)

LSV has done a great job of keeping our telcom on track with our agency's goals. They're always responsive, regardless of if we call or email for support, and they typically get any request we have completed in one call.I've had other phone providers in the past but I highly recommend LightSpeed Voice.

We have an medium sized business with branches in three locations. Lightspeed's VOIP solution and Grandstream phone pairing has been very successful for our operation. The helpdesk are knowledgeable and extremely responsive. They are in the middle in pricing and and the top in performance. The system is very stable and integrates well with audio and paging equipment, offering mobile, desktop, and PC accessibility to all functions. Very happy with this provider.

We have been with this company since 2018. A couple months ago, they made some change on the text service which I’m still not fully understood. Then my text service was stopped. I tried to follow their online direction, but I couldn’t do it, so I called them and they directed me what to do and the service still got rejected. However I just found out that I was still being charged with that rejected service. I called a few times, most people said they couldn’t do anything. I will still be charged for it. What??? I finally got to the manager, he tried to blame me for it. He said I was told to resubmit, but I created new one, so I should be double charged. First of all, I didn’t know how to resubmit, I didn’t see the stuff they mentioned on my page. I tried to create one right of way, so my service didn’t get interrupted, because I was not able to use that rejected one at all at the time or now. Now it became my fault. I should be double charged. Don’t go with them, because first time you have issue, they blame you even tho they don’t know what they are doing and don’t inform you what you are being charged. They have the face to continue charge you for rejected service. That should be illegal.

We are so excited about all the amazing features that Lightspeed voice provides and it's $60 less a month than the antiquated way we were handling calls. Wonderful to get more features for less money! Absolutely can't beat that! Thanks Lightspeed Voice!!!

Update: Still holding me hostage w/ their contract. I pay them, they do not perform what they said they would. Bait and Switch!! Beware!! 1 year into working with this company, their system is been a trainwreck, not what was sold to me. They advised me to get another provider, I did. Now they say I need to pay them the rest of y 3 yr contract.... Customer support is slow and unskilled. My issues are basic functionality.
