I was very comfortable in this dealership. My salesman Don Nass was very professional and efficient. I found my vehicle on line. Then came to the dealership to test drive. I was looking to possibly lease and Don did a quote for me. I decided against leasing and wait for the 2026 model. Then changed my mind and worked up a deal through email. The offer was perfect for me and made arraignments to close the deal. I showed up at the dealership at 9am and was out the door with my new vehicle in a little under 3 hours. One of my best car buying experiences!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Matthews Curie and am inclined to share a word of caution regarding their business practice. Despite the overwhelmingly negative experience after the purchase, I will include the positive at the conclusion of the review.
Following agreeing to price, I was taken to the finance office and met with Chris Hicks. There I was aggressively encouraged to purchase a warranty which I declined multiple times. While continuing to push for the warranty inclusion, I was informed this was linked to a lower interest rate, but it would be discounted to tire and wheel only around $13 a month. Eventually, we came to an agreement on that inclusion only. During signature of the documents, I was not explained pricing and interpreted the signing price as the pre-down payment agreed upon figure. Upon receipt of the loan documents, I recognized the full loan value was significantly higher than expected and reviewed my loan documents to find a $9000 warranty was included in the final purchase despite being declined. At best this practice is misrepresentation and deceptive, at worst could be considered tied selling. Attempts to resolve the issue have been made, but phone calls have not been returned and the team has ignored attempts to contact them. The finance department, sales manager, and customer service team and reflection of the dealership as an entity have proven, in my eyes, to be deceitful and untrustworthy. Under no condition would I encourage or recommend anyone to do business with Matthews Currie.
On a minor positive note, my sales consultant Jason was a pleasure to work with and would recommend him as an individual in the event he was no longer affiliated with the organization.
