“Great experience taking our Lola to get pampered. Lola was long overdue for a trim. While she’s on flea treatment (Advantix ii)she still has some fleas. Instead of shaming me (we really do try) they offered a flea bath and helped me buy some new products to try. Lola went from s*** to swag, we made sure to book her next appt asap, we were thrilled with her grooming experience!”

“Hoss absolutely loves coming into PetSmart just to say hello to the staff; Elizabeth, Kathy, Mary and especially his trainer Miss Donna!!Yesterday we came in to replace the crate mat I got sick all over from too much partying on Friday night. Jury is out on wether I like the Kong crate mat it makes a lot of noise when I toss & turn at night and it has a funky smell. Thankfully I have a cool mom she has it out on the patio airing out.”

“The owner helped us to pick out some fish that are great for starting out. The shop has so much to check out and supporting local shops always feels better. I don’t know a lot about fish, yet, but their costs seemed reasonable. Their fish food and decor is definitely reasonable. They have a lot of salt water options and a good amount of freshwater options available to buyers. Def think it’s worth a stop in.”

“I went into the Pet Supermarket to get some pet food for my yorkie. She has been on the hills food since I got her. She has not been eating lately. She is very fussy. Alex helped me and showed me the ingredients on the hills food (atrocious!!!!) He showed me a new food. We went through the ingredients. He told me what did what and why it was in there. Turns out, he's the store manager. I am so shocked because I have been coming here for years and never had such great help from anyone, let alone the managers. He was knowledgeable and signed me up for the rewards. Will be back in soon.”

We explained to her what had happened and she went above and beyond. She was very concerned with what had happened and was very sincere. She is definitely someone you want working in your store! “We are so very thankful for Driftwood Kennels! The owner, Rita, and staff Danielle and Meghan are AMAZING! They truly love animals and have a special way with them. We are confident our pups are well taken care of while they are there. It is so cool to arrive and have the staff actually kneel down to greet our pups and for the pups to run happily up to see them.A special thanks to Danielle who went out of her way in helping ease our anxiety of having to leave our new young puppy for the first time. He did awesome ( we knew he was in great hands) and his siblings once again had a great stay!”
