Pet Supermarket is a comprehensive destination for pet lovers, offering over 8,000 products for furry friends across more than 200 stores in 10 states. The store specializes in pet food, toys, treats, accessories, and grooming services, including self-serve dog wash stations and VIP Petcare clinics at select locations. Pet Supermarket is also dedicated to animal welfare, collaborating with local organizations to host adoption events. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff, who are passionate about caring for animals. Many reviews highlight the helpfulness of employees, especially in assisting with selecting pets like bunnies. However, some feedback indicates challenges with inventory management, as online orders may not always reflect in-stock items, leading to inconvenience for customers. While Pet Supermarket excels in providing supplies for dogs and cats, it faces criticism regarding the health and care of aquatic and exotic animals. Customers are encouraged to seek specialty stores for these types of pets. Despite these concerns, the store remains a popular choice for pet supplies due to its reasonable prices and friendly atmosphere, making it a go-to option for many pet owners in the area.
The female employee showed me all the small bags of senior dry dog food. She found the one with the smallest kibble (Hills)which is great for my rat terrier.
