Worst pharmacy around not only do they not put prescriptions in when you call for a refill they clame it's your fault by not coming in and waiting for hours for your prescriptions. Can't count how many times iv had to wait till the next day or even week to get a prescription because they won't either put it in or just overlook it after Charles has left it has gone completely down hill multiple prescriptions wrong with old doses being filled and having to be corrected and missing refills after calling and talking with a actual person to try and take out a system error excuse I will be transferring all my scripts to Walgreens from now on shame after 11 years same pharmacy have to change due to incompetence and fear of them making a big mistake since I'm on insulin and other meds I can't do without or risk serious health issues

The new pharmacist Brandon was just terrible. Made my grandmother cry and he showed no concern for her. i’ve never seen anyone treated more poorly. Telling everyone I know to choose another pharmacy and pharmacist.

Sad when you have to keep a eye on your pharmacist the lady at this publix is horrible many times now my Dr will change the dosage of my prescription and when I go to refill it she just discards the refill order and only if you ask about the prescription will she try and say it's to early. We'll no it isn't my dr changed the dosage two months ago so I am due for refill now and with my insulin I have to wait for it to be ordered now when she discards the refill request I'm not notified so I'm expecting my insulin before I run out but now I'm out and no insulin was ordered now I have to search for insulin all over town an no one has it so it's a week without insulin due to one lady lack of looking at dosage and communication with customer two very important aspects of a pharmacist you would think. Charles on the other hand is great always calls if there is a problem

Charles, Pharmacist, went above and beyond to help fill my prescriptions today. I have not had Pharmacist go out of their way like that in years. Amazing customer service!

Saved me over $100/mo for exactly same medication that I was getting across the street @ CVS. Staff is MUCH more friendly and approachable than CVS as well! As a pharmacist, I can easily endorse this pharmacy!

We shop at many different Publix in this area and in Alabama. The Pharmacist Charles and his staff are absolutely the best and most helpful.Sure, there are times we have to wait and all the drugs we need are not always in stock - this is "normal" at all pharmacies I've ever used.

This is the worst place to get any medical medication . They ignore you while waiting in line. The manager told me if you don't like it go somewhere else. I let that go but it just got worse. Report them to my causin that works for publixs corporate..

I've been shopping with Publix for close to 35 years, even worked there when I was in middle/high school. Never have had a bad experience, I've always felt they went above and beyond my expectations.

Who ever manages these stores does a tremendous job. You can be walking down an aisle and employee will be stocking the shelves and he'll get up and ask you if he can help you find something. Everyone of their employees I have encountered over the years has been super helpful. Even when you check out , the bagger, who might be in his seventies, will ask if he can take your groceries to the car for you. My favorite thing I love to buy at Publix is their Chicken wings. Being from Buffalo I am spoiled. I love their spicy coated wings and my wife loves their coated regular wings. These are the best fried chicken I have ever had. Make sure you order them ahead of time so they haven't been sitting around. Rush on over and try some!!! They are HUGH!!!!

I enjoy shopping at Publix, the stores are clean and bright. The employees go above and beyond in customer service. I was shopping on a rainy day, a young man walked me to my car with an umbrella. The food selection is wide and varied. I really enjoy the BOGO deals.

This place deserves 0 , not 1 point. Went there to pick up my prescription medications from the pharmacy, as I always do. If you have time to waste, this is the best pharmacy to deal with. 4 ladies were working at the pharmacy, only one was serving the clients, she was talking and talking to one of the other ladies that was working there and to the client she was serving, it was endless... She was very slow in serving and very good in talking. I complain to the store manager, but he did not care, he is there for his monthly pay, not to serve clients. They are not going to see me again, I am done with this store, and will remove my prescription medications to another store.

Nokomis publix pharmacy has by far been the best store in my 43 years of existing. The staff has always greeted me with the friendliest smiles and always there to help when needed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the whole staff.

Outstanding service was delivered to an out of town vacationer. The pharmacist made special attention to my needs and less than 24hrs later my prescription was ready. Will be using them again before I return to VA and wish they were as efficient at home!
