One star is too high. Never before have I been treated so poorly by a bank. Truist offered an incentive for opening a new account on line. I completed the required application and waited for a response. After two days I contacted customer service and was told the person handling the account setup was off. I was transfered to another person who eventually activated the account. The account was suppose to have a $400 new account credit after qualifing transactions. One of the types of transactions was a debit card use. Unfortunately I never received the debit card. I again contact customer service and was told my account wasn't designated to have a debit card. I finally received the debit card only to find out that my account didn't qualify for the incentive because it wasn't designated at time of application. I then spoke with Karen Hill the branch Vice President who was most unhelpful. I waited another 9 days and was told that Truist would not redesignate the account and my only option was to keep the account as is or close the account.
I will close the account. I refuse to do business with a bank who has such ridge rules and doen't see the value of understanding what it takes to keep a customer.

Mr. Duncan was very helpful at helping my parents add a CD and money market to their accounts. He was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy.A problem with the online banking I have been fighting for a week, he was able to easily fix.

This bank location lacks a customer-oriented branch manager. The teller was willing to help and encountered an issue that prevented her from cashing a check drafted from an account from this bank. I am a customer of multiple other banks, have numerous accounts elsewhere and have never experienced a less than desirable branch manager to work with. The teller had better interpersonal skills than the manager. This manager clearly did not think of the situation as an opportunity to provide stellar customer service to win over new business. Any person that walks into your branch is a customer whether they have or don’t have a current account. This poor service received is noted and as such my business will never be brought to you or to any other one of your locations.

WORST BANK EVER! I put 5 stars otherwise you can’t post this review! Online banking bill pay doesn’t work. Terrible customer service. I found out through their third party bill pay processor that they added extra digits to my account and they don’t know how to remove them! Switching

Karen was great! I opened a new account and she made sure I got what was best for me. Very knowledgeable and understanding. I have a loan also and everyone is always polite and effecient.

The ladies are great. Drive thru is very slow and only one lane open most of the time. 15 to 20 min wait. Not good.
