Having been given a 15 minute drop off notice from the driver, after PODS gives themselves a 3 hour drop off window, when the driver showed up within 15 minutes of calling me, I asked the driver to wait 10 minutes while 2 tractor trailers cleared the area where the POD was supposed to be delivered. I got nothing but arguments and demands from the driver, and the threat that he was going to leave without dropping the POD. For $3400, for a container one third the size of a whole trailer, and about the easiest drop off ever in a huge concrete parking lot, I expect not to have an argument when asking for 10 minutes. There are many alternatives to PODS. Moving companies that pack for your, whole tractor trailers that can be moved across the United States for the price PODS charges for a tiny LTL ( Less Than full Load) container. I don't know what happened to PODS, their customer service as far as their drivers has certainly gone down hill. The next time I decide to move something, I will most definitely be looking into other options. For $3400, I don't expect a bunch of lip, arguments, and demands when I ask for an accommodation of 10 minutes.

I was interested in downsizing my unit there and I took my concerns about the time schedules and payment to Haley in the office. She was WONDERFUL! Very professional and helpful as she navigated me through the whole process. I came back a couple of days later with other questions and AGAIN she helped me out. This storage facility is fortunate to have her. Thanks.

Working with the staff at the new Nokomis Lock Up Self storage was a very pleasant experience. Rocco & Sam took good care of me. Rocco completely walked me through the process and I had no issues once I was on my own.
The facility is amazing and I certainly have no worries storing my belongings with them. Great Job.

Exceeds Expectations! Have rented multiple rental units with multiple companies over the years and without hesitation the experience at LockUp Nokomis has been without comparison. The facility is amazing and "matching" the quality of the facilities is the Management and Services that Sam and Rocco provide---truly a "White Glove/ Ritz" approach. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, I’m very happy with my choice to store my belongings here. There is plenty of competition, but The Lock Up got my business! Sam and Rocco, were very knowledgeable and therefore able to help me with the perfect size storage unit for my needs. Second experience with this property, and great once again!
