I went in there to have some documents shredded. They told me they’re shredder bin was full and they had no idea when it was gonna get picked up. Also, they wouldn’t help me locate a nearby store that did have capacity for my shredding.

I watched one of the worst customer service interactions at this UPS Store today. A young woman came in upset because her package was never even attempted for home delivery. She showed proof from the UPS app that the driver skipped her house and went straight here, yet the employee immediately got defensive and started raising his voice at her. He kept insisting she was wrong and blamed her “address,” even though she said every other carrier delivers there with no problem.
To top it off, he still made her pay to pick up the package — which should’ve been free if they had just delivered it to her house like they were supposed to. It honestly felt like he was more interested in arguing than helping, and it was really uncomfortable to watch.
No customer should be treated that way. Rude, dismissive, and charging someone for UPS’s mistake is just unacceptable.

One owner is very nice and helpful, otherwise I stood in line watching the workers be rude and argumentative to person after person. I won’t use this location again

Just had frustrating experience at this UPS store. CJ Arneja, the owner of this place, has no understanding of customer service, he is rude, disrespectful and condescending, raising his voice on customer instead of helping to resolve the problem created by another employee. Wouldn't recommend this particular UPS store to anyone.

So my review has nothing to do with Customer Service as it’s always been fantastic at this location. What my complaint is That there is the most thickest heaviest smell A black mold, you could ever smell.!!
This has been going on for months and months, and one of the employees has played it off something else Literally possibly blaming it on this woman who had a bunch of cardboard boxes to ship off, but I knew better
Especially since there’s a dehumidifier right there at the front desk, let me tell you mold of any kind is beyond toxic and can cause so many illnesses such as brain fog fatigue, bodyaches neurological fatigue, insomnia, etc., etc. I could go on and On about the dangers of mold
The UPS on Venice Avenue I haven’t been there in at least two years because the manager or whoever was so unkind and downright scary so where are you supposed to go return your freaking Amazon packages? Do you want someone who’s full of anger and unprofessional or do you want to go somewhere where you are putting your body in danger?
I’m sure the reason why there’s been so many owners is because of the mold it’s heartbreaking really they have plenty of money to figure it out and take care of it because themselves and for us

I lost a very important package shipped from this store. I've called 1 time yo get help and all they did was look on the computer, my husband went in the store 2 days later, they were going to call the facility and call back on Monday, we never got a call. I also called on Monday left my information no call back. I got with the facility who conferenced called the store. They told they what to do that the store where it shipped needed to do it. The gal called me back with a claim number, she didn't do what the facility told her to do and I said that to her, she said let me see and ill call you back. Never heard from her. Tried to call the store 3 time between 8-830 no answer. Cost over 300 for a shipment and they won't help at all.
