I can see why there are so many negative reviews regarding the poor management and postmaster. The worst customer service experience from the postmaster that I have ever had. This needs to be looked into by the higher ups.

Warning!!
The postmaster and her staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered! Please avoid this location at all costs! Horrible experience!

This is my first ever review. By far the worst costumer service experience I have ever had. My package said it was delivered, I search EVERYWHERE for it and it is not there. I filed a claim through USPS and received a call from this office. She was rude right off the bat. Telling me it is somehow my fault? SO RUDE and unprofessional. Someone needs to teach her how to do her job….

I was very happy with the service provided. Both of the clerks were professional, patient and kind. Their advice was very helpful. I would recommend this office.

The Laurel Post Office is the BEST because of Lancelot. I can’t say enough about him…He is welcoming, helpful, efficient, kind and considerate. And never has a package or mail been lost or delayed from this post office.. A++++

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so regarding 1 employee at this facility. I have personally had 4 encounters with this individual over two years, and each time it's worse. She works in the back, is tall, and dressed in civilian clothes. She MAY be the postmaster. When she appears, be prepared to receive nasty, condescending, and rude behavior. She treats you like dirt. There is no respect, kindness, or social skills. She needs to remain in the back, and take a course on customer service. The rest of the employees are wonderful to work with. She's not an asset to that office.

This Post Office (303 Laurel Rd W Nokomis, Florida), is convenient and for the most part willing to help people with forwarded mail issues. However, there is one tall woman that makes an appearance when there are forwarding issues and should be removed from her position. I believe she is the Postmaster of this Post Office...Dana Erickson?? She obviously has NO customer
relations skills.
She is extremely rude , interrupts and is condescending. We have encountered her
last year as well and she really shouldn't be dealing with the public.
Perhaps she should deal with inanimate objects such as sorting mail in the back room!

Im giving this location a 5 only because of Joel and a few of the other wonderful staff members that service this Nokomis BranchBut yesterday was about the 6 th time . Ive seen this woman come out in regular clothes and just speak horribly to several elderly customers. Whether it’s they are hard of hearing, language barrier, she treats them with the most nasty demeanor and talks to them like children. She is abrupt and absolutely rude and walks away from them . Yesterday I found out she is the Postmaster. She should retire early or be fired.
